This has easily become one of my favorite year-end rankdowns thus far and only wish I had gotten around to this one earlier so that I could’ve spent a bit more time with the songs. I haven’t really felt at home in the country format for quite a few years now and I’m really kicking myself for not discovering some of these artists sooner. Anyways, I’ll for sure have a list in by Sunday evening.

Five more lists means it's time for one more BALLOT UPDATE. The contingent here consists of rowellfarm490 , bbfan97 , maine , janinho and lyhom .

~ Every song has received at least 280 points. Two unlucky ones have yet to make the 300-point mark. The top 24 all have at least 1000 points, #54 and up have at least 700 points, #79 and up are each over 500 points, and the bottom 14 have less than 400 points each.
~ The number of songs in every top ten has been brought down to two. The current #1 has remained there for every list since the last ballot update. #1 leads #2 by 75 points, and #2 is ahead of #3 by 56 points. #10 and #11 are currently tied, so #12 and #9 are separated by 3 points.
~ Only one song now has been in every bottom 10 - again it is not at #100 with the most recent list. The #100 has been changed twice since Doc's list. The current last place is just 3 points behind #99, and 89 points behind #90. There is a 5-point gap between #90-91, and #91-92 are separated by 6 points.
~ The two highest standard deviations are at #70 and #73. #1 and #28 are the current lowest SDs.
~ And now, let's hear it for Pulse's favorite part of the ballot update...

Alright so I'm actually going to use this opportunity to correct the record. Turns out I misread my schedule... I'm only going to be back home at 4:15am, an hour later than I assumed.

I think at least half will be AAA exclusives. New Pornographers, both Sam Fender songs, both Sharon Van Etten songs, Rylan, Patience, and Sing Along are all strong possibilities.

I'm guessing 3-5. We'll see "High Steppin'", and at least one song each by Noah Kahan and Rainbow Kitten Surprise.
