I've had the idea of reviving this board for a good while and I feel like this type of thread would be a good idea. Essentially, you post whatever indie artists/songs you've been listening to recently regardless of genre. This includes stuff on independent labels that isn't really huge or stuff that's independently released by outlets such as bandcamp. Including stuff like some information about the artist(s) behind the music, links to more music by certain artists such as their bandcamp and the genre the song falls into is encouraged. Feel free to recommend other people songs by using this thread too.
Anyways, I'll start off this thread with this song:
Song Title: The Last Detail - Places
Genre: Indie Pop, Sunshine Pop
Song Link:
The Last Detail is a collaboration between indie pop acts Fugu and A Girl Named Eddy. The rest of the songs on their collaboration album are pretty good but sounds nothing like this. But, if you like this I suggest checking out Fugu's other music because this sounds very similar to a lot of his discography.

Love Basia Bulat. Tall Tall Shadow is one of the best songs of the last ten years.

I also came in here to share the single by a new artist I found a few weeks ago and am now finally listen to her album (came out last week). I think we'll be hearing about Katie Pruitt over the next couple years. Officially one to watch:

Brooke Adee! Sheβs an Atlanta-based singer-songwriter you might remember from season 8 of The Voice. I decided on a whim to check out her stuff during quarantine & thoroughly enjoyed it; I guess you could describe her style as Lana Del Rey meets Bon Iver. Most of her stuff is available as acoustic videos on her YouTube, Instagram & Twitter, but she has a few studio recordings as well (mostly as a member of the Atlanta-based indie group 506 Collective). Iβve decided to share her collaboration with Austin Lam (ask the rhythmic board about his stuff).
