The 3,000 views from my recent thread were completely vanished!! So are the views of other threads that are mostly recent. Something's up about the calendar of this forum (it says it's currently January 2015).
Is it gonna be fixed?! Thx.

I was ready to ask the same question. The country subforum view counts are down. I keep refreshing the page, but to no avail.

The calendar has always been a problem. Ever since I started lurking around this forum in late 2016/early 2017.

The calendar on the default theme has always said 2015, but the theme that I use (I believe it's called Frozen Rose or something like that) shows the date as today's date in 2020.

Yes, it's not until you log in with your username and password that the correct date is shown. It has been discussed a few times already.

It looks like this is a ProBoards issue – other forum owners are reporting similar issues on their Support board. Can you point out threads that are affected?

It looks like this is a ProBoards issue – other forum owners are reporting similar issues on their Support board. Can you point out threads that are affected? Well, since my thread’s the one that got the most views in Personal Review section in December (up to a little over 3,000 views as of the end of 2019 and then when this year started they got annihilated to zero), that’s what I mostly noticed, how to not sound like a self-obsessed f***boi. pulsemusic.proboards.com/thread/190028/best-songs-2010s-guess-brothaBut seriously, if you look into Personal Review section, newer threads (mostly updated in December), or threads that are more on the top of the first page than vm’s top rap songs of the decade were mostly affected by a huge percentage. Months-old threads were barely affected. There’s a thread mostly updated in April 2019 it got 2,900 views as well and now it’s at 2,800. So fix the views of the dark winter of 2019, thx.

My "Mediabase CHR/Pop top 100 with recurrents" thread, in CHR/Pop forum, has lost 700 views yesterday (Sunday). It now says 44,283 views. It should say 44,983 views.

You're saying that it lost 700 views on Sunday – as in, you know that it was Sunday and not before? Asking because ProBoards support (in an unofficial capacity) is suggesting that the issue happened and was resolved earlier in the weekend, so this would be evidence running counter to that.

I guess you're right. I usually check my views on that thread a few times a week, and Sunday was when I discovered it, but it could have occurred a few days before that. But right now, it is still about 700 views short of where it would be since the last time I checked. This thread gets about 140 views per week. So it lost about five weeks worth of views during this error, and has not yet been corrected.

While I get this is an issue in a technical sense, I don't really get the problem with a loss in 'views' anyway haha. Perhaps that's just me but I don't find the views on a thread important in any sense, but I hope they fix this problem for the sake of an accurate system.

I'm not sure they will be able to be fixed – this is what someone (again, in an unofficial capacity – they don't work for ProBoards, and no one who does responded to my thread yet) said:

This is still a recurring issue. The 01/18/2020 thread definitely has way more than 1,500 views. Any updates?

It's definitely a ProBoards issue. I'm on another ProBoards forum and it's been doing the same thing for years.

I haven't checked the thread recently until then and that's when I saw the huge decrease in views. I also checked and the thread was made before the views count issue came up.

Ok, if I'm following you correctly, it sounds like you're just noticing it from before. As Kurt mentioned above, unfortunately the view counts weren't going to be restored.

I hate quoting posts, but uh I saw this, where the views count was much lower than it should be. I refreshed the page, and the views count went back to normal: Weird.
