Sounds so badass, I get strong 'Trilogy' vibes from this. Prince 85 did amazing work on "Die for You" so I'm excited. Supposedly its going to drop this Friday so hopefully it won't cannibalize "Blinding Lights" chances on going number one when the album drops. I see this new track getting the promotional single treatment. |

I don't think it's that great of a song, personally, but if anyone can see the downside of a hype-based promo, Taylor would certainly be among them.

The meme songs are too powerful Indeed, although this is minor thing, I'm a tiny bit worried about "Blinding Lights" being the ninth song of the album, that kind of reduces the potential amount of streams that it can get when the album drops. But regardless, I have a feeling "After Hours" will just be a promotional single for now and get the single treatment down the road. |
