Since this forum's been quiet for a while, I just posted my recording of most of the final hour of regular programming on New Year's Eve. I was able to only get about 45 minutes of footage or so and then trim it down to about 6 minutes. These were among the final songs that played in the regular format before it switched to throwback songs on January 1st.
Sofia Carson - Guess I'm a Liar
Zara Larsson feat. Sabrina Carpenter - Wow
Jazara - Friends
BTS - Life Goes On
Ivory Layne - God Save The Queens
Selena Gomez - Everything Is Not What It Seems (from Wizards of Waverly Place)
Tate McRae - you broke me first
Stephanie Poetri - Selfish
Harry Styles - Golden
Zedd feat. Jasmine Thompson - Funny
dempsey hope - roller rink
Shawn Mendes & Justin Bieber - Monsters
Julia Michaels - Lie Like This
H.E.R. - Hold Us Together (from "Safety")

I'm kinda surprised now thinking about it that this song didn't make the final playlist:

Nice! Thought things were completely on autopilot so it's good to know that someone's still got some control of things. Depending on how long it takes for the station sale to be completed we could have a very large "greatest hits" playlist on rotation, fitting with how Radio Disney was one of the most diverse stations on all of the airwaves.

Hopefully they can add a bunch more newer songs as well from the late 2010s, perhaps even the rereleased version of Taylor Swift’s "Love Story" though I see little chance of that happening. I guess they realized whoever was listening for these past few weeks got tired of the same songs so they decided to add some variety to it!

Even though RD has ceased producing original programming since New Year's Eve, apparently they're still producing a public affairs program called "Community Focus" that's hosted by DJ Daniel Dudley (who also hosts the throwback segments) and airs on Sunday mornings around 6:30 am PST. I found out about this thanks to this video I came across on YouTube that says in the description that it aired on 2/14 on Radio Disney.

21. Christina Aguilera - Come On Over Baby (All I Want Is You) I read somewhere that Radio Disney played both Come On Over, the album version, and Come On Over Baby, the more suggestive version released as a single, but removed the second verse from Come On Over Baby. Any insight on this?

Any insight on this? I don't distinctly remember the album version on Radio Disney but they did play the video version with the second verse edited out as you said, and it was usually always referred to as Come on Over. In fact, that was the version played when Radio Disney did the 15th anniversary flashback songs every 30 minutes past the hour in 2011. I may have a recording...stay tuned...

Their Sunday morning community programs have been the bane of my existence since 2000. It used to be 6am-7am PT on Sundays on KDIS AM 710, then AM 1110 which was during the second hour of the first airing of the Top 30 Countdown! As Radio Disney was nationally syndicated at the time, the local station used to cut into #20 and return to the countdown in progress at #11 or the commercial before #10. When I was listening to KRDC AM1110 this past Sunday, they completed the *NSYNC song and started the Community Affairs program at approximately 6:30 am.

Suddenly out of nowhere, RD has posted to its Instagram account again for the first time since late December. It was to congratulate Pixar’s Soul on its Oscar nomination for Best Original Score. http://instagram.com/p/CMc92HzHW-n

Is the station off-air everywhere? The iHeart feed is currently not playing anything.

Is the station off-air everywhere? The iHeart feed is currently not playing anything. Apparently it’s been taken off iHeart so now it’s officially just a local station in LA on KRDC 1110 AM. Still no word on any possible sale.

Found a way to listen to it...man, I forgot how bad AM radio was. Maybe I'm spoiled. I did listen to it on AM (KPHN 1190) when I was younger. It just sounds like Zendaya's "Replay" is battling constant interference from a man endlessly droning on on another station.

iHeart removed the page for Radio Disney today. It now redirects to their Kids Hits station.

I took another listen to 1110 AM last night and I was surprised that they were airing a HOCKEY GAME!!! They were broadcasting an Anaheim Ducks game since their usual station, AM 830, was airing a Los Angeles Angels game. At 10 pm PT, they switched back to the Radio Disney feed which cut into the ending of 24k Magic and the beginning of MKTO’s Classic.

Nice! So they include 2020 songs as well. But I was referring to when they were still "active".
