Dear God, please let this be a hint that itβll be a single. Itβll be absolutely criminal if they end the era without releasing this masterpiece.

I'm hoping her team has a more aggressive radio campaign lined up for "Levitating" so that this gets its moment early 2021 worldwide. That or maybe it goes the route of "Physical" and "Hallucinate" and gets released only in certain territories. I don't care. I just want it to have a moment. It is (in my opinion) her best song.

Her Netflix's Song Exploder episode, where she discusses about "Love Again", is available now.

as the episode of Song Exploder points out, the sample originated in 1932 (89 years ago)...although i'm sure White Town's "Your Woman" inspired the search for the sample...all 3 songs are excellent!

The track has been added to Spotify's Hits du Moment playlist, which is basically the counterpart of Spotify's Today's Top Hits playlist in France.

^ Interesting. I wonder if it suggests a potential single push, even if only for Europe (as "We're Good" seems more tailored to appeal to the American market).
"Fever" is a certified smash hit in France, so her momentum could be carried on. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

This has been added to Spotify's Garde la pΓͺche ! playlist, which is another one in France, so I'm going ahead and move this thread here.

Another day, another add in a French playlist on Spotify.
"Love Again" has also been added to Spotify's Futurs Hits playlist, which is another one in France. However, it should be mentioned that this is currently at #27, while "We're Good" is at #3.

It would be cool if this was her next international single, and theyβre starting it off in Europe and then bringing it to North America, I can only hope.

Yeah, I hope this gets chosen as the next single. I know it's on the original album but I think it would still perform well.

Following the massive success of Fever, Love Again becomes an official single in France. The song got sent to radio stations in a 2:35 long radio version. It also recently started charting on Spotify France, currently at #174.

Glad that this is the next single off the album in selected countries so far, but whoever thought of a 2:35 radio edit version should be fired. That trend is getting worse each day. Sigh! :(

I've just listened to the radio edit and it's decent, I guess? I mean, I was expecting the worst because of the length (and I'm still complaining about it because it's too short in my opinion), but it works in some extent. The intro and outro are shortened, almost cut, but the sample is recognizable at the beginning of the track. The first verse is also shortened, while the first refrain and the bridge are gone, so the structure of the radio edit is basically verse, chorus, verse, chorus, refrain and chorus.
That said, I'm wondering if the radio edit will eventually be available on DSPs or not, although I'm going to keep streaming the album version.

It's a decent edit but I would have liked more from 2:50-3:40 of the original. It would have added about 50 seconds (and even some of that could have been trimmed) but it would have felt more finished and still been an acceptable length. I guess maybe the short edit is supposed to leave you wanting more? Who knows. Happy this is getting the single treatment regardless, but I hope it sees more than just France.
