There is a possibility that it'll die down a bit once I get to the middle and bottom of the list, but so far it has blown every other year I've looked at out of the water. Both of those things are true. It has died down significantly after the Top 25, but the score is still around 75/100, beating 2010 by 14 points. I've gone through 65 of the 100 songs so far, and there are only two that I actively dislike.

I regretted not submitting a list for 1991 so I’ll for sure be doing one for this year. I’ve already wrapped up my first edited list and after a couple of more revisions it’ll be good to go.

Idk if I'll do this or not. 70% of the year is the same boring 2/5 soft rock or r&b song. The best 2 songs are incredibly obvious. Eh.

So, the final score for the 99 songs that debuted on the 1992 Year-End list (I'm not counting Bohemian Rhapsody towards the score) came out to a 373/495, or a 75.3 out of 100. There were only three songs that got a 1/5, while not a single song got a 0/5, not even my #100. Meanwhile, my #1 and #2 on the full 100 song ranking are among the greatest songs ever made and thus scored a 6/5 (take a guess as to which songs they were,). This was far and away the best year for pop music that I've looked at thus far, beating my previous best (2010) by a full 14 points out of 100. So, if any of you get upset about my #100, just know that I didn't fully hate it.

I'm working on my list. I'm going to piss off some people with a well deserved low score for a singer named Michael (and I'm not talking Bolton). One of his worst singles ever IMO was released in 1992.

I placed it a lot lower than I'd usually place an MJ song, and not only because 1992 was a great year.

I just hope there will not be delays with the date. I really do not think it is fair to people who send on time to always wait ... especially now when people have more time as they stay at home

I'm halfway through, will get to you in the next few days.
I always wondered what happened to Marky Mark's career since I've always had a bit of a soft spot for Good Vibrations. I had NEVER heard Wildside not even once. WTF was that?!?! An incredibly pointless remake and so "faux gangster". Between that and Addams Grove, I can 100% understand how these two Top 10 (?!?!?) hits completely killed the momentum for these two artists. God, they were both AWFUL. But not awful enough to be my #100

But not awful enough to be my #100 I actually liked Addams Groove a fair deal, it's in my top half. Wildside is near the bottom for me. While the first verse is actually pretty good IMO, the rest of it is... misconceived to say the least (blame it on a black man... W H A T T H E H E C C).

Finished my list. My number 1 is not a troll, it is actually somehow my favorite song on the list even though my 2,3 and maybe 4 are among my top 20 songs of all time. Just saying I don’t have a signed vinyl of my 2,3,4. This year is good. At least very top heavy. There isn’t a song to hate, my 100 is just some mediocre song. My number 1 could be a contender for number 100 in this rankdown so hopefully I maybe stopped that and now it will go to Achey Breaky ( which I prob ranked higher than most) or one of those Bryan Adams maybe.

I’d just ask to be able to submit at the end of the day Saturday (like 11pm PST likely). I’m finishing Sade right now, while commenting on couple other RDs ![:-/](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/undecided.png) Sorry for those who sent it on time and have more time at home. I’m very likely in the minority here, but work has been crazy in the past week and a half, like working over the weekend and a couple nights till past 2am. Remote work and all, but we‘be had lots of virtual meetings and urgent requests that just threw a big curve ball :(
