Yay for Italy! 🇮🇹 🇮🇹 🇮🇹 Justice for Mahmood (who should've won in 2019) Also, how amazing that the entire top 3 was made of non-English songs! When was the last time that happened? 1995. (Norway, Spain, Sweden - All in their native language)

LOL @ United Kingdom - 0 points from 38 national juries, 0 points from 38 national televotes. And this is the country with the strongest music industry in Europe. LMAO.
Regarding the results, I've been hoping for Italy to win for years. They came so close with Francesco Gabbani and Mahmood and I really liked their songs, so it kinda hurt to see them finish in second place.
Now they've finally won, but sadly the song does nothing for me. To be honest, it's been a weak year for songs at Eurovision this year. Usually I have at least a handful of favorites, but this year, I' like ... next, next, next.
Switzerland and France got a lot of points from the juries, but obviously they weren't interesting enough for the viewers. I figured Malta wouldn't do well in the televote and then Italy won by default.

I was really scared for a second that Switzerland would actually win lmao So happy for Måneskin to win the entire thing! It's crazy that four years ago they finished second on Italian X Factor and now they're here. The song is great, it comes from their second studio album which is really enjoyable too. Love to see Iceland, Ukraine, Malta & Finland in the top 10 but I'm kinda surprised in how few points San Marino got from the televoting, I really expected this one to place in the top 10. Also, this UK 0 points situation? But I guess they wanted Brexit so they got it

This top 5 is AMAZING. "Shum" getting 2nd in the televoting is great. Absolutely amazing winner and the 4 "nul points" in the televoting, I screamed. Moldova's televoting is fishy af, but we been knew God works hard but Kirkorov works harder.
The show was great, I enjoyed it a lot. I celebrated a lot with Ukraine's televoting.
Surprised "Adrenalina" flopped on televoting.

The four nul points in a row is so iconic. Happy that Italy won though I'm pretty sure they should put the country's economic ministers on suicide watch for that lol

These are the best results we've had in years. And I would say that even if Greece was in the bottom 6 :kii:
Fantastic winner, fantastic top 10! I'm glad there were many zero pointers in the televoting cause at least they had company!

With 4/5 of the top 5 being non-English songs, I hope that means next year we'll get more songs in native languages. Who knows, maybe The UK will just give up and send a song sung in Welsh since it can't do worse than absolute zero.

The public just liked Italy more.

Was a really nice show yesterday! I was very happy with the results. My biggest favourite Greece finished top 10 bringing the country back to the region after several years🥳 The voting was pretty tense as Greece fluctuated from 7 to 12 most of the time during jury voting😃 Also, really liked the winner Italy. Loved to see Switzerland, Iceland, Ukraine, Finland and Lithuania in the top 10. Sugar got pretty high score, Serbia gathered great televote score. France was also nice, so I don't have anything against it being so high. Oh, whatever. The whole evening was awesome. I watched the show with people who had quite different taste from me so it was funny as well. 😎 Edit: most also add that I was very content seeing most of the top 5 being non-English. I'd love to see more countries singing in their own language!😜

Okay, my thoughts
-This is the best ESC (imo) since 2008 or 2009, and also the first year I didn’t have favorites. Most entries are 7-9 for me (for Eurovison standards), but there's no 10/10 (like last year's Germany and Lithuania). -While I'm at Germany, it's SUCH A SHAME for them. They would've been in the top 5 last year. ("I Don't Feel Hate" is their 3rd 25th place in the last 4 ESCs) -I'm really fine with the winner, not my genre, but I totally understand why Italy won, FINALLY (Soldi deserved!!!!!!). -Maybe I'm alone in this, but the JURY needs to go OR to reduce their impact to 25%. -Happy for Lithuania, Greece, Russia and Finland / underrated bops like Serbia, San Marino and Azerbaijan killed it with staging, such a shame (but at least Serbia got some televote love). also, Iceland have no business in the top 5... -What a joke with 4 zeros, the Big 5 should fight for their places in the final, because some unqualified bops suffer (I'm looking at you Croatia).

Since when is Israel in Europe? Eurovision is a contest by the European Broadcast Union. Every member nation can participate. And for decades now some countries from Northern Africa, Arabia, Central Asia and Australia have been members. That's why countries like Israel, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Morocco or Australia have participated in the past.

Måneskin is also doing really well in Poland - a few days ago ZITTI E BUONI broke the record for most streams in a single day for a non-Christmas foreign song. What's more shocking is that their most popular song here now is not ZITTI E BUONI but I WANNA BE YOUR SLAVE. It surpassed the former on the Wednesday chart and keeps widening the gap. Currently it's gaining more than 210k daily streams when just a week ago the record that I mentioned earlier was 161k streams (and it was held by drivers license).

Billboard Global 200:
#26 - Zitti E Buoni - Måneskin (NEW) #50 - Arcade - Duncan Laurence (LW: #62, PK: #36, WK: 17) #144 - I Wanna Be Your Slave - Måneskin (NEW) #148 - Voila - Barbara Pravi (NEW) #158 - Shum - Go_A (NEW)
Billboard Global 200 Excl. US:
#11 - Zitti E Buoni - Måneskin (RE-ENTRY, NEW PEAK) #37 - Arcade - Duncan Laurence (LW: #40, PK: #29, WK: 17) #70 - Voila - Barbara Pravi (NEW) #73 - I Wanna Be Your Slave - Måneskin (NEW) #80 - Shum - Go_A (NEW) #105 - Dark Side - Blind Channel (NEW) #119 - Tout L'Univers - Gjon's Tears (NEW) #128 - 10 Years - Dadi Freyr (NEW) #170 - El Diablo - Elena Tsagrinou (NEW)
I'm annoyed that Måneskin missed the Top 10, but #10 was "drivers license" during Olivia's album release week so at least we know it's stiff competition.

this year's Barabara Dex Award, the fan-voted "worst-dressed" award given out annually since 1997, goes to... NORWAY!
(though they did change the criteria this year to redefine it as an award for "the most striking" outfit so I guess I can see why. he's definitely not the worst-dressed this year. the UK and Bulgaria would be my top 2 contenders if that were the case.)
