I'm actually curious about this. He only puts out a one-off single here and there, features on some unknown artist's song now and then (a lot of Latin artists oddly). From his social media, all I can see is that he travels and does concerts. He rarely even promotes his music much. It's like he's fine with the fans he has and puts out music rarely with little pressure from a label to make them more money. He doesn't promote to radio anymore either, which he pretty much relied on for success.

He finished saving the music industry and retired gracefully.

Flo Rida was basically a fad that ran its course and now it's done.

Flo Rida was basically a fad that ran its course and now it's done. I wouldn't really call almost 10 years of commercial success a fad.

Camila Cabello stole his gig.
But seriously... maybe he just wants to enjoy his life and isn't focused on making music? I'm sure he makes enough money off his hits to survive.
Low key never understood the hate for him. He has a lot of bops that I'd rather hear when I'm at the club than a lot of the garbage I hear these days.

Yeah, I can agree, I like him a lot, he knows how to make music with mass appeal. I think it's because he was seen as a corporate product more so than other artists, people think Flo Rida as a person isn't much in the music and he only made music for money. Though if that were the case, he wouldn't keep making music, in my opinion.

Wouldn’t doubt if he stacked his coins from all his huge hits, and is now just living his life unbothered.

Honestly? Probably. He's been making hits after hits for over a decade and is probably gathering enough annual checks to cover a pretty lavish lifestyle. He seemed to be self aware to not try to become some kind of legacy act or whatever since his hit making days is definitely behind him. Good for him, in all honesty, if he did "stop caring"

I love Flo. Very talented. Whatever he's doing now (even if it's not making new music) I'm happy for him.

He made more than enough hits to have enough coin to just live comfortably probably I mean I liked a lot of Flo Rida's hits
Wild Ones, Sugar, Low, and Right Round are still bops

I’m not sure if he stopped caring. I haven’t heard a single from Flo Rida since like 2011 or 2012.

That's well and good but I'm not saying he is a flop all I'm saying is even those who liked his songs weren't that invested. It just felt he less invested in artistry and more into making money from music. Maybe once he was financially successful he is now less interested in putting out new music as frequently.

It just felt he less invested in artistry and more into making money from music. Maybe once he was financially successful he is now less interested in putting out new music as frequently. If he was only into making music for the money, he would've stopped entirely once the money had dried up. The off-singles he put out and their streams on Spotify are "Snack" (1.5 million streams), "Tu Si Ballas" (1.9 million streams), "In My Mind Part 3" (8.1 million streams), "Sweet Sensation" (17.8 million streams), "Dancer" (31 million streams), "Game Time" (26.8 million streams) and "Hola" (68.4 million streams). So odds are, despite him still releasing singles, they're likely not making too much.

He has writing credits on all his big hits, so he still makes money off of them. Unless he takes the Scott Storch path, he's most likely set for life.
