This was his last Top 10 on the R&B (#4) and AC (#2) charts in 1990. This followed in the style of his previous album with it being in a more pop/AC direction and Smokey not writing the songs, but unlike "Just To See Her" and "One Heartbeat," it didn't have any pop success. He was in his 50's by this point though.
He has many better songs, but I like it. Even though it's pretty standard turn of the 90's adult contemporary, he makes it his own with his vocals.

I like it. Very nice. Soothing and laidback. I actually miss when general music used to sound like this. Everyday I wish I could go back to those simple times.
