Earns her 11th #1 on Billboard's Adult R&B chart (and ties Alicia for the record) with Gotta Move On.

Yay Toni! I didn't realize she had 11 #1s on UAC. For some reason I thought it was just 6.

Well she did have 6 ending with Just Be a Man About It until Hurt You, Long As I Live, Do It, Live Out Your Love and Gotta Move On happened. I just realized this is her first album since her debut to have multiple songs reach the top.

It should have been a platinum album and grammy winner.

The fact that Libra went Gold with basically no help from Blackground means there is some justice in the world.

Toni & KEM didnโt win the NAACP Image Award this week. It went to Chloe x Halle for โWonder What She Thinks Of Me.โ

Here is Toni's chart history on the 18 radio format charts published by Billboard and monitored by Nielsen BDS. Monitoring began in 1990 Some notes: 1. Nielsen BDS (Broadcast Data Systems) began monitoring Top 40 and Rhythmic stations in November 1990 in what was then the Hot 100 Airplay chart (now Radio Songs) Other formats were added throughout the 90s until all formats were added and radio-only singles could chart on the Hot 100 in December 1998 This chart is what I'm referring to when I write "Top 40." The separate Rhythmic and Mainstream Top 40s charts did not launch until October 1992. 2. R&B/Hop Hop is Urban and Urban AC (Adult R&B) combined. The R&B/Hop Hop BDS chart debuted in April 1992 while separate Mainstream and Adult R&B charts launched in September 1993. However, the former chart had 75 positions and if a song got enough airplay to scrape the bottom of the chart without charting on Mainstream or Adult, it could appear here still . 3. Adult Top 40 did not split off from Adult Contemporary until October 1995. 4. I did not research the Latin Airplay chart since it compiles Latin Pop, Regional Mexican, Latin Tropical, and Latin Rhythm into a single chart. 5. The earliest Soundscan single chart is 5/18/1991. {Billboard Radio Monitor} Song | Chart | Peak Position | Weeks Charted | Peak Week |

Why is Libra so damn good?!?
I have a YouTube playlist where I compiled it from scraps because the Hankersons are garbage and it still hits so well 16 years later.
