One thing noticeable about Travis and marshmallow is that they are acts highly recognizable to kids in middle school and high school.

I think Panic! At The Disco/Brendon Urie could definitely do it. In fact, I'm surprised they haven't done anything yet, as Brendon does Twitch streams on a nearly daily basis where he plays Fortnite quite regularly. And the band ticks all three important factors you cited 😉

And I think they're quite popular among middle and high schoolers.

I remember watching Brendon playing Fortnite with Tyler Joseph of Twenty One Pilots lol, that was so awesome.

^Yeah. It seems that any song they release on its own should be able to at least manage to debut in the UK's Official Singles chart. In the US, they seem to do well in the Billboard 200.
