Last week’s Hot 100 is one of my favorites in a while. I’m fairly content with the top 10, and the batch of TikTok hits is pretty great. The new tøp single debuts high, “July” & “If The World Was Ending” see nice gains, T-Swizzle is present, “Boss Bitch” & “Ride It” debut...
I’ll probably like this week much less because album bombs aren’t too much fun, but we’ll see.

Congratulations to Post Malone for finally breaking the top 10 record! A very deserving achievement for an incredible song, and I hope we get a few more weeks there to extend the record.
I definitely plan to do something special to celebrate it. 🥳

How many weeks will “Circles” finish in the top 10? 36? Closer to 40.

Why is Life is Good falling so fast?? If it falls below Someone You Loved I stg According to fhas, the songs in the 6-10 range are all really close in points and any one of them could have been at the #10 position.

Why is Life is Good falling so fast?? If it falls below Someone You Loved I stg Well as of today it is #117 on iTunes, #15 on radio, #20 on Spotify, #18 on Apple Music, it has been #2 on YouTube this past week tho. It is hovering between the #18-25 region on Spotify & AM the past few days. I think it'll stabilize for a few weeks in the top 15 once it leaves the top 10.

This is the longest period Post has gone without releasing new music. That's one of the reasons why Circles is doing this. He has let that trash to run loose and terrorize us!

Nah Circles deserves it ^ At some point the record was gonna be beaten so thank god it’s Circles!! As much as I want other songs to hit top ten as well, it’s well deserved.

Why Post Malone is so highly liked, I'll never understand. I mean you can really say that about any artist, it's all subjective Really Circles is one of the only tracks of his that has gotten a pretty great positive reception here, the rest of it has been mixed

Life Is Good is still doing well on Spotify when you combine the streams for the original and remix though

Why Post Malone is so highly liked, I'll never understand. Because he blends a lot of genres: hip-hop(trap),pop,rock. So it doesn't matter what the "main genre" that you are listening to is there will be a song on his album that you will like.
And the bigger reason why he is liked in the general public is because he is genuinely a nice guy. There isn't any drama surrounding him, he is positive in interviews and on stage, doesn't beef with anyone ... You may not find a reason to like him, but i can't imagine a reason to dislike him to a greater degree (to be a hater).
There are some people who dislike artists because they are popular/ because of their success (not talking about Post specifically), and i feel sad for those type of people.
inb4 if you think the attitude of the artist outside of his songs has no effect weather you like his songs or not, i will give an example:
If Post tweeted(or said in an interview) FUCK Gaga, how many diehard fans of Lady Gaga will stop listening to his songs ? - Quite a bit.

I can't here. And it's clear through his popularity, that he's very well-liked, it's not just mixed. I recall everyone thinking he was some one-hit wonder joke when "White Iverson" was around.

For the most part, his chart success is no different to any other A-list, Mainstream Pop Superstar’s, give or take a few elements.
They all have their peaks and valleys and this is clearly Malone’s peak, who is a product of the Streaming era so that’s helping his popularity.
(I still think he used “Hip-Hop” for clout and to boost his presence but that’s another topic).
Whether or not he’ll have longevity or fade away within the next few years has yet to be seen. It’s like asking why Billie Eilish is so “liked” because she won 6 Grammy’s in a night two months ago.

People were mixed on rockstar, goodbyes and congratulations. And People hated i fall apart and psycho (for the latter idk why it has an innocent chill vibe)

Of the 29 songs that spent 25+ weeks in the top 10 - 3 are from Post Malone (including the 2 longest)

Peopled hated i fall apart? lol that couldn't be more wrong, that song reached 1 billion streams on spotify with virtually no promotion.

Well i’m basing it off what the gp and critics say about the songs. I personally have no issue with all of these songs and can listen to them with ease and enjoyment (even white iverson)
