Interesting. We'll know for sure if it's the next single once it shows up on All Access.

“F**k Pitchfork they gave my favourite artist a 6.5/10, music is objective and I say this album is a 10/10” I don't think any of the albums I mentioned are worthy of 10/10, or even a particularly high ranking. But the general consensus for them was at least moderate enough not to warrant an unapologetically biased review from one of the most renowned review websites. If you check out the review for "A Fever You Can't Sweat Out" I shared on my reply, the writer doesn't provide any solid criticism apart from 'emo is lame and try-hard', 'the titles are ridiculous', and 'Brendon Urie is a bad singer". It's not a serious review, and frankly very unprofessional from their part. I only picked albums from artists I happen to enjoy because that's the reference I had, but they do provide good basis for my argument regardless. Hope I made it clearer. 🙂

Post Malone's manager said the album is coming very soon on Instagram Hopefully he does an ‘after hours’ treatment to this era instead of yet another ‘starboy’ treatment

Well his original plan was to tour and after the tour ends to release a single before year ends and work on the album. Since there is no touring thanks to COVID-19 he proceeds straight to step 2.
Wouldn't releasing a single now/whole album in 2020 hurt the momentum (longevity) of HB? Circles is #6 on Hot 100, HB is #9 on BB200. This seems like a bad idea for me.

I expect some healthy gains for Lewis Capaldi’s “Before You Go” This week. It’s callouts on pop radio were just released, and they’re great.

Yummy is a pretty bland song though first single after 5 years and this is what he came up with. The fact that Capeldi is getting a second wind in the U.S isn't surprising someone has to take Ed's spot.

Updated US Spotify Top 200 Songs trend to Jan. 01, 2018. As you can see, the current streaming climate has been the lowest since early January of 2018 according to the 7 day average. Also pretty interesting to see the 7 day median line not spike as much during album bombs but does during christmas time. This goes to show during christmas time every song is getting a boost in streaming

Post Malone's manager said the album is coming very soon on Instagram Already? Less than a year after the last one? Posty's gotta watch it, he's risking overexposure.

Hard disagree, when has "overexposure" actually hurt anyone? Drake has been releasing constant music since 2009 and hasn't taken a real break since then, yet he still obtains smashes all the time. Rihanna released an album every year for 7 years and still didn't get "overexposed." Madonna barely had a break since her inception, between album cycles which produced multiple hits she still released soundtrack singles and singles from compilation albums to hold everyone over. DaBaby has released three albums in a year and it hasn't hurt him. Hell even Posty himself has been in the Hot 100's Top 10 almost every week since rockstar debuted in October 2017. Better Now was a huge hit and lasted until both Sunflower and Wow. started smashing, as those two tracks started to decrease he launched Goodbyes and eventually Circles (along with the rest of the album). Circles remains in the Hot 100 Top 10 and was a huge radio hit (still is). Post will be fine whether he releases soon or later.

I was thinking more of the Bee Gees in the Late 70s or the Black Eyed Peas in 2009-10.

Hot AC is "faster" and goes through songs at about the same pace as CHR does.

Really hope death bed can get another Powfu song charting. I really like this guy. The cringier his lyrics are the more his music works for me. It’s such a unique lane.

New Romantics Seventh single from an album, not promoted and given a shitty music video. Came like a month after Out Of The Woods was given the single treatment, essentially killing both singles. It's Taylor's teams fault it did bad.
