It doesn't matter how bad/mediocre that Uzi album or any mainstream rapper could be people are still gonna buy it because at the end of the day it's money over artistry.

Same, I'll be surprised if it doesnt, especially with the other tracks already getting such a boost Not to mention the weak charts right now because of the virus. Happier had massive UGC streams from that Fortnite concert.
It had 51.8 million overall streams (official number announced by Billboard) and only 13.5 million were from on-demand audio streams. So, it had 32-36 million YouTube streams. In 2020 (new UGC rules), its total streams would've been ~20 million.

I'm an Uzi stan and all but this new single isn't good. Not sure what he and Carti are doing but if they can go back to making songs like *wokeuplikethis that would be greatly appreciated.

I think The Scotts is pretty good, but it's not giving me hit vibes. I'm way too early calling a Turks like chart run with a top 5 debut.
Also, Scott, Uzi, Baby, Youngboy, Juice all dropping same day? Good stuff

The Scotts is alright, though am I the only who thinks Kid Cudi sounds really weird? Like he sounds slightly cartoonish and over-the-top Iβm a Cudi Stan and my favorite song of all time is by him, but I think he sounds really weird on The Scotts. I think the problem is that heβs trying to match the bombast and grandeur of both Travis Scott and the instrumental, but his voice and style isnβt really meant for that so he ends up coming off as goofy with his delivery and adlibs. Still a decent track tho. |
