He keeps releasing albums/mixtapes so often and does so many features and most of them are successful. So why should he stop?
If his singles were flopping he would realize that he is over saturating the market (his fans) with too much music.
From my perspective: I don't blame only the artist for releasing a trash song, i blame the fans for making that same song popular.
If it keeps working why stop (probably Drake right now)
P.S. his music isn't as bad as some of you make it seem.

I think I was taking more of my anger out on Drake rather than Billboard. And I don't hate Drake (my frustration makes it seem like I do) - there are several Drake songs I love. I know that the Hot 100 monitors the most popular songs of the week, but I feel like when album bombs happen it only caters to streaming and maybe just a little bit of sales, so the whole entire chart gets cluttered with album tracks that plummet the week after. I'm not saying that a song needs to be serviced to radio to chart on the Hot 100, but I think it'd be more fair for album tracks/bombs to be less impactful. I probably don't make any sense, but just how I feel. If you're a Drake stan I genuinely don't mean to offend x |
