Radio's main purpose in 2020 is to prop up big label darlings with shady deals and unwarranted play. Songs that perform badly across the board go #1 and then freefall like crazy (Camila Cabello & DaBaby song being the latest example). Corrupt and dying industry that still holds way too much power.

Well we get a bunch of things from this week. Top 2 occupied by 4 women, blinding lights beating toosie slide therefore actually having some sort of chance making the all time list, circles hitting 36 weeks aka 9 MONTHS in the top 10, Playboy Carti getting his first top 10 and Drake tying for the most top 10s of all time. But we also get the bad which is giving Dr. Luke another #1 (which could possibly follow with 6ix9ine going to #1 next week)

So happy for Doja Cat, she really have potencial to be the next a-list rapper/singer, her album "Hot Pink" is amazing, her next single "Like That" is an earworm just like Say So, and sounds like something from Janet in the 00's !!! My favorite era from her. Congrats to Nicki Minaj as well !! i don't like the remix but its so nice to see her getting finally a number one, she's a legend. And the BARBZ, WOOOW if the devil works hard the barbz work harder.... congratulations for them as well. Having said that, since it was released i've been listening on repeat the new Savage Remix, is so perfect !!! i can't take it from my head, really wish it could be a number one on the future, I love seeing BeyoncΓ© back and Megan, just like Doja, have a lot of potencial to be the next a list rapper!!! "AIWFCIY" didn't have a position it dropped to, so it doesn't have a technical drop from #1; you can't say "It fell 18 spots" for instance. It has the biggest fall off the chart, as you noted, but The Weekend has the biggest drop from #1 as the post you quoted stated. |

Semantics - I got it As with everything else, "treating as separate achievements" depends on who is doing the treating. That is why there is no point in further comment. The answer will always be in the eye of the person writing/discussing the stat. |
