I didn't see an album thread started for this one, but Sara Evans' tenth (counting At Christmas) studio album, the (long awaited and clamored for by fans) cover album Copy That, is out now!
I'm just about to give it a spin now, so I'll come back later to give my thoughts on it, but I will say that from what I have heard, "If I Can't Have You" remains my favorite (no I hadn't heard "Hard to Say I'm Sorry" yet).
EDIT: I'm SHOOK! DECEASED! What an album! I was able to recognize "My Sharona" when it came on as that repeated guitar riff is inescapable and one of the most iconic things to exist imo. Every rendition is incredible. Sara's vocals are incredible and flawless as to be expected. If I had to pick a favorite tho, it's easily "6th Avenue Heartache." That was well worth the 6 minutes. Close second would be "Hard To Say I'm Sorry" which works great as the final track. I was also able to recognize that one as it came on, although it took a minute.
Overall, this is an excellent covers album imo, and it helps that I like or recognize a lot of these songs and love Sara and her voice. 10/10 album for me.

Mine came today. In a surprise, they did not open the CD, but rather sent a second book with the autograph on it. Every other autograph cd I've ordered has been opened and signed.

I really like this album a lot and I'm so glad she finally got to record a covers album! It's definitely not perfect, and my major qualm with it is that while I love that she went off-the-wall with her song selection for this and didn't just load it down with a bunch of songs that have been overdone for these projects, I am left a little disappointed that she went too far in the disco/pop/rock direction and didn't lean into the past of country music enough here. I could've used another 2-3 songs from the country spectrum here and I think the album would've been closer to perfect for me. One of them needed to be Tammy Wynette's "Stand by Your Man," too, which is a cover I've been pining for ever since she performed it live on that ACM Girl's Night Out special. Ugh, the way she slayed that song live... it would surely be a great recording. I also would love a studio cut of her doing Dolly Parton's "Jolene," as well, after several years of her performing that live on tour + the version she did live w/ Martina McBride a few years back for something. There's some missed opportunities for her not sprinkling a little more country onto the record... though I do enjoy at the same time that she didn't just give us an exclusively traditional country covers record, since she has covered stuff outside her home genre to great success previously both on record and in concert (i.e. her countless pop covers she's done as part of her encore over the years).
Highlights for me: If I Can't Have You -- this one has been a huge grower for me. I liked it at first, but now, it just never escapes my mind. The chorus melody haunts me, in a good way, lol. Monday Morning -- not quite as strong as her "Dreams" cover, but Fleetwood Mac suits her well imo 6th Avenue Heartache -- one of the best melodies and production jobs on the album with ease, and she absolutely kills it vocally. This is a total bright spot on this record. What a JAM! I also like that this is one of the many non-country songs on the record, but she delivers it in a way that pushes it in the country direction. She's Got You -- I got excited when I saw this pop up on the tracklisting, because I knew it would be a long sought-after redemption for the last time she covered Patsy Cline, giving us the dreary mess of "Imagine That" on her debut back in 1997. Thankfully, she delivered as expected because this is WONDERFUL and totally a 180 from the last time she covered her. The vocal she delivers on this is immaculate and perfect for her voice. Hard to Say I'm Sorry -- After the Patsy cover, this is one of the ones I was most looking forward to hearing as I had heard her kill it previously live on tour! She definitely delivered, unsurprisingly, on the studio rendition. The disco interpolation at the end is a nice coda for the record and kinda brings things full circle with the record, given that it starts off with "If I Can't Have You."
The only song on the album I don't really for in at least some capacity is the duet with Phillip Sweet. "Whenever I Call You Friend" is just way too cheesy for me as a song and would definitely be on my short-list for something I would've booted in favor of another cut from the country music realm. I also am a little underwhelmed by the duet itself -- I like Phillip's voice a lot and enjoy him in LBT, but I don't think for what ever reason he pairs too well vocally with Sara Evans here. Things just don't line up on this one and I can see it being something I just skip altogether in the future because it doesn't seem to be growing on me.

The cheesiness is so bad. And I agree that the two of them just didn't work well.

The issue I have with this album is I have no connection to the material, and most I don't even know/recognize. She sounds wonderful but most of these I wouldn't revisit. I DO agree she made the record she wanted to make and a pure country covers album would have been boring, but 2 more country songs in place of 2 of these songs would have been better for me.
6th Avenue Heartache is amazing, better than the original, and would have been a smash for her in 2010. It is just perfection.
My Sharona is perhaps the worst thing she has EVER done, it is unlistenable for me. The production and even the vocal on the verses. Hard pass.
Most of the rest just fall in the "this is nice but not something I want to seek out" category, other than I really liked "She's Got You." Phenomenal.
I am excited for her next studio album, as Words is among her best for me, but this is just "there."
