His second studio album that was released on October 16, 1990. It was produced by Al B. himself, Kyle West, and DeVante Swing from Jodeci. You could hear the tracks on here echoing the same sounds of the tracks on Jodeci's "Forever My Lady", since Al B. had also produced that one.
This album had peaked on #20 on the US albums chart and #4 on R&B albums. I thought it was a great follow up to his debut. This one's got a more intimate vibe whereas "In Effect Mode" was more dance oriented. I love all the tracks on this album. I was listening to the album a lot during my very stressful final years of college while thinking about this dumb guy I had liked at the time, so it kinda brings back some bad memories.
