I see lots of returnees at 21 weeks and wouldn't re-exit since they under the top 15 or top 20.... Billboard isn't like Mediabase where recurrents saves em from exiting... and i assume You Say re-exited the next week....

three months ago two songs was over 20 weeks and was below the top 15 when it was going down but never left til 1 1/3 later...
