I am so excited to announce Set 4! [And the top of a new page too!] So far, the singles usually rise to the top diring album rankdowns, but this set of songs has ZERO SINGLES. The first list contains Bonus Tracks and B-Sides from the PWL or S-A-W albums. The second list contains all the extra tracks from the Deconstruction Years (half of which are on Hits+). Many of these songs may not be familiar to most of us, or at least not enough to do a quick ranking. Therefore, I am setting a deadline of November 1st to give people adequate time to sit with these songs. I have made YouTube playlists to help, but please feel free to make your own to put them into regular rotation over the coming weeks. Please let me know if the playlists don't work

Where do 'Celebration' and 'What Kind Of Fool' fit into things? I thought they might've been part of this set, but this is just bonus tracks/no singles. EDIT: Oh, and 'Where The Wild Roses Grow' with Nick Cave.

EDIT: Oh, and 'Where The Wild Roses Grow' with Nick Cave. In a future set, there is a "Non-Album Singles" list. It also contains "Especially For You," "Made In Heaven," and "I Believe In You"

Just now catching up!!! (crazy busy week) As I've shared before, this is a pretty good album. Also, except the songs we ranked for the Kylie RD, all others were discoveries. Further, a couple of songs in that RD were also discoveries, so overall all these are quite new songs for me. 12. Jump (12): The melody is a bit simple and underwhelming especially for such an adventurous album. Clear bottom to me. 11. Through the Years (11): Another clear bottom, too. The melody was also simple, but the instrumental was more interesting. 10. Dreams (8): I dug the chorus quite a bit, in terms of melody, instrumental and vocals. Overall, an adventurous and quite interesting ballad to me. 9. Drunk (5): Huh? The instrumental and production are a JAM here!! The melody and vocals -including the spoken parts- work very well. It's a bit chaotic, but that's part of its charm IMO. A GREAT discovery to me that makes me understand better why fans were praising this album so much :) 8. I Don't Need Anyone (7): This sounds from another album... but it's a cool semi-modern-rock tune that followed the 70s retro vibe of alt songs from the late 90s. Nice, catchy, interesting, but a bit of an outlier. 7. Limbo (3): WTF?? My favorite discovery in this RD. Ace production, with an interesting dance rock instrumental, and appropriate strong but carefree vocals. Another song that is Ray-of-Light material, and should've at least made top 5... 6. Say Hey (6): Speaking of RoL, this is another song with that vibe. Great dance ballad here, with excellent production that reminisced some 90s dance classics. Her vocals fit perfectly the ethereal vibe. Another great discovery. 5. Some Kind of Bliss (2): I discovered this one in the Kylie RD. I was surprised at its more pop-rock sound.I ranked it at #52, the highest off this album. I liked it but I think I didn't have enough time to get fully into it. I've grown to like it much more in recent years. It's got a nice pop-rock sound and melody, with good elements of sophistipop and good vocals. 4. Cowboy Style (9): I also put this in my 50s in the Kylie RD, but was my 2nd highest off IP. However, further listens have not helped. The country dance production idea is of course good, and sorta works, but I'm not a fan of the melody especially in the chorus. A bit underwhelming 3. Too Far (4): This was my #67 in the Kylie RD, but I've grown to like it more in past couple years 2. Did It Again (10): This was my #70 in the Kylie RD (yup, last position). I appreciate the production a bit more now, but the melody is a no no to me. One of the few Kylie songs I own (thanks to Ultimate Kylie) that I wouldn't care adding to my iPhone. I'm quite surprised that in an album this strong and adventurous, THIS song is the runner-up. Ew. 1. Breathe (1): This was the other song I heard first in Ultimate Kylie. I ranked it at #57 in the Kylie RD, my 3rd highest off this album. I've grown to like it much more in recent years. The poppier electronic but slightly ethereal vibe work, as does the melody. It was probably the album's best combination of the pop, dance, and alternative sounds of the late 90s. Thanks bat1990 for another great rank down --the images were indeed amazing!!

Let's get started!!!! Janhova's Witness still needs to send the Deconstruction tracks, but we will get started with the PWL bonus tracks an B-sides. I have just two questions for you before we get rolling: 1) What were some of your favorite/least favorite discoveries across these 20 songs? 2) Audience Question: Would you like to squeeze in a Kylie Christmas set in this series before 2020 ends? Another Christmas set this holiday season would be nice. It gets us in the spirit to make up for how terrible this year has been.

samo🦕 is not fairing well, though I share in this loss. #9 is a lesser known (but infinitely better) duet between Kylie and Jason from their days as public sweethearts in the UK and Australia. I thought this would fare better here, because it's a lot less schmaltzy than the smash A-side. 9. Coming in at #8 is the only song from the Enjoy Yourself sessions which didn't make the album proper. Instead it was the B-side to lead single "Hand On Your Heart." Clearly, we as a group agreed that it is not one of Kylie's strongest deep cuts. 8. We are all over the map on this B-side to "Word Is Out." Perhaps a tepid and polarizing response to this song from the single release caused the label to exclude it from inclusion on Let's Get To It at the time. 7. Continuing at #5 is our next number one loss! This song was the B-side to "Locomotion (Australian Version)" in Sweden and Italy. While I liked this more than "Glad To Be Alive" I found her vocals to be detached and vacant, where normally she sounds engaged even if she did not write said song. 5.
