Nice, bottom 5 cleared!
Looking forward, I feel like the top 5 will be some order of Say Something, Magic, Real Groove, Miss A Thing, and maybe Supernova?

"Monday Blues" reminds of "Celebration"-cover-like cheese- particularly those lyrics simply reciting the days of the week...

"Celebrate You" is so sweet and the perfect standard album closer.

Wow! I'm surprised that went out so soon, I thought it was a contender for #1. It really seemed to be the fan favorite when the album dropped.
"Celebrate You" deserved better. That chorus is so pretty.

I ranked "Last Chance" #3, not #11.
And I have no words about "Dance Floor Darling" being that low. Okay one word...crazy.

I am officially coming out as a top "I Love You" supporter- if for no other reason that, to me, it's the overall most disco-sounding track on the album... called Disco. :)

"Supernova" not top 5? It's too high as it is. Supernova over DFD and Last Chance? No no no.

This was honestly the top 4 I expected the most. I’m thinking Miss A Thing will unfortunately be next, though it would be cool if Real Groove was #4

Ben bullied me into changing my ranking but Say Something remains a fuc king BOP! 🔥 Even if we kept your original list, "Say Something" would've stalled out at #3. EDIT: i didn't know you knew my first name :o

:( tbf I went back and forth on whether or not to put this and Magic as my #1, but went with this mainly cause there's like a mysterious vibe to it that I love that being said, I really hope Magic wins!

So before this RD I had only heard a few singles, which I liked overall. The first listen of the album wasn’t that great because at some point the whole guitar verse, clap prechorus, pop chorus became too predictable. After a few listens I kinda dug it though. 16 Low blow (16): this was my clear bottom song. She sounded like she was having fun, but the melody and instrumental weren’t catchy to me. 15 Love (10): a good change of pace amongst the countrified songs. The chorus melody is pretty, as well as the post-chorus. Should’ve been a bit higher IMO. 14 Rollin (6): The song structure is similar to other songs in the album, but I though the strong melody, especially that ROOOOLinn, and the piano-centric in the chorus helped to distinguish it. Nice tune to me. 13 Live a little (9): Speaking of similar structures… but in this case the chorus was the weakest part melodically speaking 12 One last kiss (4): awwww. This was one of my favorite discoveries of the album. I appreciate the melancholic, nostalgic vibe in both instrumental and vocals, complementing the lyrics. Tender, sweet, but a bit sad. And the country inspiration works, as do that bright Pzzzz at the beginning of the chorus :) 11 Every little part of me (11): I tried to like this a bit more, but the verses and pre-chorus sounded choppy, from like two different songs, same with the chorus. And I don’t like those vocal effects at all. I know they were a thing some years ago, but I wasn’t a big fan then let alone now 10 Sincerely yours (12): I like the idea of this ballad, but the execution was a bit meh. The melody was weak and generic to me, as from a B list 90s group. The “put it in writing” and “sincerely yours” sounded too fake to me. 9 Radio on (8): This is the opposite to SY. She sounds much better here, as she’s emoting very well. I also like the melody and the subdued but not aged instrumental. [where are my #15 14 13 tho??!!!!] 8 Shelby ‘68 (5): huh? Come on now! The melody and instrumental of this song are exquisite, almost like Taylor’s Style. I love that vibe of driving at sunset with open windows. Great discovery. 7 A lifetime to repair (3): !!!! My favorite discovery of this album. Super catchy. Got stuck in my head at first listen. That chorus is blissful. The instrumental works great as well, with the steel guitar, the sorta marching drums, and the eehhh EEEHHHs. All work very well imo. Sad to see it leave before the top 5 :( 6 Music’s too sad without you (15): hmmm. I didn’t know this had been a single. It was a clear bottom 5 to me. Too boring and monotonous, especially for this album. She’s done similar ballads much better. 5 Golden (14): I liked it more when I heard it years ago as a single. Now it kinda faded and sounded more generic amongst other countryfied songs that have stronger melodies and instrumental IMO. 4 Lost without you (13): Sooo I can admit I under-ranked this song. The horribly dated distorted baby sound effect were a key reason why I automatically put it in my bottom 5, as was the last minute that was a bit of a filler, but the airy angelic vibe compensate those weaknesses. I needed a few more listens likely and I could’ve ranked it ~5 spots higher. 3 Raining glitter (7): it was a pleasant surprise to hear a song like this in this album. It sounded more like a song from her 00s albums. Except maybe the guitar sound, which was a great instrumental decision. It had a nice disco-like vibe and a catchy melody that I still remember. Happy to see it this high. 2 Stop me from falling (1): I like a lot the eclecticism of this song, as even in its English only version has a Latin flare, which I love. I also of course appreciate her singing a bit in Spanish and inviting GdZ for a remix. Melody is super strong and I like how she sings it too. Great addition to her discography. 1 Dancing (2): I still remember the first time I heard this song. I paid attention to the lyrics, especially because the music gave me an idea that it was a bit sad, melancholic. And by the third verse I ended up crying and sobbing. It made me remember my mom who would tell us that when she died we should not be sad, but throw a party because she’d likely be dancing with us :) and that’s what we did for her funeral. So even when there are other songs in this album that may be stronger musically, the lyrics here speak too much to me. Anyway. Thanks, bat1990 for another great rankdown!
