Well, I'm not sad about that, but I did like Blake... His take on the song reminded me of his performance of "When the Stars Go Blue." That said, this song felt a little swayed in Jordin's favor, for sure. Still, I'm really glad Jordin came along before the WGWG streak--Blake would've beat her for sure after that started.

Caleb is horrible, but surprisingly better than a few of the other winners simply because he can sing. He actually had two or three performances that were okay. Still, I rooted for anyone but him that year (Sam Woolf was my favorite--would've taken a Jena Irene win for sure though) and his winner's single is horrible.

Trent was kind of the same as Caleb, bad song, bad winner, but at least he could sing unlike a few of the others (and he was more likable and marketable than Caleb). His first (and final? lol) album was actually okay to me though.

Lee on the other hand was almost always off-key live, but his voice had a nice texture to it on studio recordings. I just hate when they do cover songs for the Winner's Single. Even when the original songs are bad, it's still better than cover singles.

I loved Alejandro, he has a great voice, I just can't with the whole repeat one line over and over and over and over thing.
