Ugh, I was hoping for "Knowing You". This is fine but like his last 2 singles don't do anything negative or positive for me

I was hoping for "Wasted," but I like this choice too. Wouldn't be surprised to see them go with "Knowing You" as the next single for the fall/winter.

I thought it would be "Everyone She Knows" or "Knowing You" but this is pretty similar to the Chesney songs everyone knows and most love. It will probably be a hit but not one that is remembered as fondly as his mega hits.

This is awful. Reminds me a lot of “Knockin Boots” by Luke. I really hate the beat and they melody doesn’t save the song, either

Terrific choice for a summer single. This is my favorite song on the album (maybe not the “best” but the one I most enjoy listening to).

I don't remember hearing this when the album came out, but this is great and the perfect summer song. I actually think this has potential to be a massive hit for him, similar to "Get Along". Its peaceful, fun, and easy to relate. A great message considering the year we are having right now too.

I wanted "Everyone She Knows", but this seems like a really good choice too. I bet it will get off to a fast start at radio as a summer single initially.

It's okay, prefer Heartbreaker or We Do, but still better than Here and Now. Here and Now is one of my least favs from the album.

What a disappointment. This is the worst song on the album IMO. Was hoping for "Knowing You", "Someone to Fix", "Everyone She Knows", or "Heartbreakers".

I actually think this was a good choice for a single here. "Knowing You" and "You Don't Get To" are my two favorite songs on the album, and I'm hoping one of them gets released as the next single, but "Happy Does" is a light-hearted, uptempo song for the rest of the summer and fall. It's definitely one of those "feel-good" songs that's meant to put a listener in a better mood, which I think was a factor during the pandemic.
It's doing good so far at radio, too, despite mediocre sales. #31 on Billboard after three weeks and #36 on Mediabase.

Barring terrible callout scores, this looks to be another hit for Kenny after a slower go through the 20s. Gained 100 spins today and is selling decently well for its airplay (and I'm sure the sales will increase as it nears the top 10). Hopefully this paves the way for "Everyone She Knows" next, because that's my favorite song of his since "Better Boat".

Bought the album on vinyl a week or two ago at Walmart. It’s probably my favorite Kenny album since When The Sun Goes Down.

I wonder if this has #1 in the cards or if it comes up short because I suspect this song will soon start to stall out due to 2 reasons, poor sales and more importantly poor callout as this is one of 2 songs that has a Neg rate of 20 or above in the Mediabase callout and usually when a song has a rating that high it stalls out like "Drinking Alone" or falls like a rock in "I Love My Country" when it's done.

How the heck does this have poor callout scores? This seems so inoffensive and easy going. Stuff like this just makes me lose any respect I had (which isn’t much) for the famed “callout scores”.

Yeah this past week really has me thinking this song has hit the ceiling overall as this song only gained 205k this week on Billboard. The next song is being promoted to country radio that gained less this week on Billboard is Maren Morris "To Hell & Back" all the way down at #35 this week.
Also getting passed very easily by Dan + Shay with their single that isn't exactly having the best callout either, with Lady A not to far out of striking distance.

Hot take: I actually *don't* hate this one. His best single in a long time, since the P!nk duet at least.

This hits the top 10 in its 20th week. I think it has a decent chance of making it to #1 still. Not Kenny's biggest hit in the last few years, but its definitely keeping him going at radio. Releasing "Everyone She Knows" as a follow-up would hopefully give him four solid hits from this album.

See I am not convinced this can hit #1 mainly due to Mediabase callout, as this has a negative rate of 21.3% and I think it was sabre14 who mentioned that anything above 20% negative for callout scores is bad . Add in some less than ideal sales (#1019 all genre) and this is a song I have to imagine is gonna get lost in the Top 10. I do like this song fine enough, but man it has been a total nothing of a hit.

He's had quite a few singles over the years peter out either just inside or just outside the top 10, and based on the way its been performing lately (poorly in callout, poorly in commercial impact like sales), I'm not expecting this to come anywhere close to #1 either. "Tip of My Tongue" only made it to #8 and it felt like a bigger hit than this one has.

Kenny needs to go back to releasing high quality songs like he did in the 2000s (The Good Stuff, There Goes My Life, Don't Blink, etc.).

I’m ready for this one to be done. In a sea of generic radio fodder, this is the most generic of them all to me.

Yeah this song is complete nothingness to me. Inoffensive but generic as hell. Definitely will be forgotten in a few months. "Knowing You" next, please!!!

Starting to think this might have a shot at #1, at least on mediabase. While I do agree that there is zero hype for this song in terms of sales and streams, I’m happy it’ll finish at least in the top 3 when it’s said and done. Loved hearing this during lockdown this past year as it was so light and happy; which was much needed during that time. Maybe his next single will connect better on a sales/ streams aspect as well.

Ugh, I hope somehow this fails to hit #1 but it does seem inevitable at this point, and I am really lost why as the sales are garbage, the last Mediabase callout was really poor and the streaming numbers are pretty underwhelming to boot. I feel like every year I get another new song that earns the title of "Least deserving radio #1" with this being the latest example. Because at least with past songs the testing was at least there. This one I genuinely have nothing.
I mean good for Kenny Chesney and the people that like this song that it stands a good chance to hit #1, but I have to imagine this song will be forgotten of by the end of the year.

So I was a bit confused by when this ones push week is. Are they maxing for #1 this week or next week?
