Hi everyone, I thought this would be a fun thread! What songs remind you of a particular season. I know there are lots of songs about summer that would remind you of summer but I wonder if you have some that are personal to you for one reason or another. It could even be an artist in particular if you want.
Here’s mine, “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts is one of my all-time favorite songs and it reminds me of winter for some reason.
A lot of Zac Brown Band songs remind me of Spring/Summer and not even just the obvious ones (Knee Deep, Toes, Jump Right In) but also songs like “As She’s Walking Away” and “Sweet Annie”.
“She Got The Best Of Me” reminds me of Fall but that is more because it was my favorite song during the Autumn of ‘18 and less because of the content of the song.

"Barefoot Blue Jean Night" by Jake Owen and "Crazy Girl" by Eli Young Band both remind me of spring. I'm not sure when those songs were released/popular, but I feel like it's the spring trimester of my sophomore year of high school whenever I hear it.
I rarely hear "Two Black Cadillacs" by Carrie Underwood anymore but when it comes on the radio I can practically smell fall leaves. It got pushed long before I paid attention to radio singles/charts, but I wonder if my association with fall and the song are aligned with its actual push.
Maybe my favorite country nostalgia songs are "The Trouble With Girls" by Scotty McCreery and "Dirt Road Prayer" by Lauren Alaina. I became a country fan after following both of them through American Idol -- they introduced me to the genre beyond the mega-stars of that time (Carrie, Taylor, Jason, etc). Both of those songs (and debut albums as well) are so damn nostalgic to me.
Great thread idea!
