Rolling Stone Magazine updated their top 500 albums of all time. What do you think should be the #1 album of all time?

Diverse? It's all subjective. If we leave out album sales and critics' ratings(which I don't care about), what are people's opinions based on?

For me it's Stevie Wonder, 'Songs in the Key of Life'.

I listened to this today again and it has no misses or duds, the lyrics are so clever, and the vocals are really good too. I think itβs her best album and deserves way more recognition

In that case: Tegan and Sara - So Jealous βΊοΈβΊοΈβΊοΈ

Best of all time for me is Coldplay's A Rush of Blood to the Head. Flawless album from start to end!

In terms of influence, sales, and pure display of talent: "Abbey Road" by The Beatles or "Mariah Carey" by Mariah Carey.

my immediate response is BeyoncΓ© - LEMONADE, though I find the idea of a singular "greatest album of all time" strange because there's always so much more music to discover. currently, around 40,000 songs are uploaded to Spotify everydayβthere's just so much that's not in our radar. so much non-English music that isn't ever considered for these lists.
