Oh s**t, I forgot that this is Circles first week out of the top 20! It took 57 weeks before it managed to be outside of the Top 20. 57 WEEKS!?!?! My goodness and it is expected to bounce back by this week, this song is truly immense as it is iconic and legendary.

These Are the Other Fleetwood Mac Songs Seeing a Bump After Viral Video By Kevin Rutherford 10/14/2020 www.billboard.com/articles/business/chart-beat/9465351/other-fleetwood-mac-songs-see-bump-after-tiktok/Other songs from the band’s catalog reach Billboard’s rock charts thanks to renewed interest, led by “The Chain.” “Dreams” isn’t the only song from Fleetwood Mac’s catalog having somewhat of a viral moment, as multiple songs and albums from the rock band’s multi-decade career reach Billboard’s rock charts dated Oct. 17. As previously reported, “Dreams,” which reached viral status thanks to a TikTok featuring a man skateboarding to the song, reaches the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time since 1977, re-entering at No. 21, and also jumps 8-2 on Hot Rock & Alternative Songs. Rumours, the classic album that houses “Dreams” on its track list, rises 27-13 on the Billboard 200, and the band’s Greatest Hits also shoots 103-61. ("Dreams" hit No. 1 on the Hot 100 in 1977, while Rumours spent 31 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in 1977-78 — the most weeks at No. 1 by a duo/group.) But Fleetwood Mac’s big week stretches beyond “Dreams,” with renewed interest in the rest of the band’s catalog allowing for gains across the board. In all, the band racked up 46.5 million on-demand U.S. streams in the week ending Oct. 8, a boost of 38% over the previous tracking frame, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data. Additionally, its digital song sales spiked 138% to 43,000 downloads in all. Even removing “Dreams” from the equation shows gains for Fleetwood Mac’s songs; the “Dreams”-less catalog is up 97% in digital sales and 28% in on-demand streams. Below “Dreams” on Hot Rock & Alternative Songs, “The Chain,” which re-entered at No. 23 on the Oct. 10-dated tally thanks to early gains for the band’s catalog, shoots to No. 11, and the band’s “Landslide” and “Go Your Own Way” also reach the list for the first time at Nos. 17 and 25, respectively. (Older songs are allowed to reach Billboard’s hybrid charts if in the top half of points and with a meaningful reason for their re-entry.) Additionally, those songs each reach Rock Digital Song Sales, with “Dreams” at No. 1 for a second week, followed by “The Chain” (No. 18), “Go Your Own Way” (No. 22) and “Landslide” (No. 25). They’re joined by “Rhiannon” (No. 19) and “Gypsy” (No. 20), neither of which boast enough overall metrics to reach Hot Rock & Alternative Songs but pull enough sales. And on Rock Streaming Songs, “Dreams” leads for the first time, jumping 3-1, while “The Chain” zooms into the top 10 (18-7) and “Landslide” debuts at No. 17. The full rundown in metrics for Fleetwood Mac’s charting songs toward the Oct. 17 lists: “Dreams”: 13.4 million streams, 22,000 downloads “The Chain”: 5.2 million streams, 2,000 downloads “Landslide”: 3.8 million streams, 2,000 downloads “Go Your Own Way”: 3 million streams, 2,000 downloads “Gypsy”: 2.9 million streams, 2,000 downloads “Rhiannon”: 2.2 million streams, 2,000 downloads Rumours and Greatest Hits reach Nos. 2 and 12, respectively, on Top Rock Albums. More gains are possible for “Dreams” and other Fleetwood Mac titles toward the Billboard charts dated Oct. 24.
