1-2 debuts: American Idol top 2 Hello & Sorry (which went #1 later anyway)
With this week, we are likely tying the annual Soundscan record for most new #1s in a year (2006 with 18). With 2 months left to go for the possibility of more.

Luke Combs has 17 songs from the deluxe version. Also a bit disappointed nothing from Song Machine Season 1 charted but I guess it makes sense since none of the singles gained much traction in the US I think you reversed it. The original album had 17 songs, and now the deluxe has added 5 new songs for a total of 23 (an 18th song was added to end of the original album a few months ago)

'positions' is 6th highest peaking Ariana Grande song on Spotify US. The song will re-peak album week 100%. Overall not bad, considering the song reception wasn't perfect. her 2nd highest debut on global Spotify, behind "7 rings." 5th biggest debut by a woman, with #1 being "7 rings" and #2-4 being Taylor Swift's past three lead singles.

Super duper early predictions. POSITION | CHG | SONG | TOTAL PTS | 1 | NEW | Positions | 36,500 | 2 | NEW | Forever After All | 33,500 | 3 |
| Mood | 26,467 | 4 |
| Blinding Lights | 22,417 | 5 |
| Dynamite | 22,300 | 6 |
| Laugh Now Cry Later | 22,127 | 7 | | Savage Love | 20,970 | 8 |
| WAP | 20,467 | 9 | | I Hope | 19,633 | 10 |
| Rockstar | 18,520 |
- "Positions" is estimated with 25k digital sales, 15k physical sales. This ofcourse is a very broad estimate on the physical side, and I didn't account for if stans are bulk-buying via her artist store for digital sales seeing as I haven't seen any campaigns. Positions also has around 25 million audio streams estimated. - "Forever After All" is estimated with 45k digital sales, and most importantly -- 29 million audio streams. It's #1 on Apple Music ahead of a huge artist's newest lead single (Ariana), debuted #2 on Spotify with big figures, and is likely pulling notable Amazon Music streams. Those are the top 3 audio services and it's doing huge on all. However it is an album track, so it could fall hard throughout the week, we will see.

Lol weird that 0 of these songs became actual notable hits. Seven of those songs are STILL album tracks without any music video or very minimal radio push.

I think that it isn't entirely impossible that the song with Abel could debut at #1 - with that being a possibility, was there ever such an occurrence where an artist replaced their #1 debut with another #1 debut? She hasn't yet debuted either at the top, but that would be a pretty interesting scenario imo.

God's Plan was replaced by Nice For What I think they were talking about back to back number one debuts within the span of a charting a week.

Overall, that situation only happened once (in 1995), when Mariah replaced Whitney. also, I'm pretty sure "positions" will be #1 next week, it will have an advantage because of the radio. idk, we'll see.

Ya’ll think positions album bomb will be bigger than than u next album bomb? Chart position wise All the early numbers from the single are well below what "thank u, next" did, so I wouldn't be shocked if the album does slightly less numbers overall.

This now leaves room for ariana, adele and bts to have their dominance before january. Unless rihanna comes to the party or a complete challenger out of nowhere shows up, i think everything is perfect timing for now

Ya’ll think positions album bomb will be bigger than than u next album bomb? Chart position wise the chart is weaker now. I can see positions at #1, weeknd song and nasty top 10 / shut up, 34+35 (first 2 tracks) and doja cat collab top 15-20. just guessing.
