Does anyone have Billboard chart archives up to 2020?

What do you mean, the actual magazines? If so, google Billboard World Radio History.

You will need a subscription for that, or access the magazines online

Depends on how you want to see the data. If you want to look at a full chart for particular weeks, you need a subscription to Billboard.
If you want to see chart history by artist, you can request Joel Whitburn's Record Research books from the library.
