"You Should Probably Leave" feels like a more modern version of "It Just Comes Natural". It's the most immediate song on the album for me.
I'll have to let the rest of it sink in this weekend. Overall feels same-y for him, but that's not necessarily bad.

I love it. I think I prefer it to both EPs overall even though there's nothing I like as much as "Broken Halos" or "Millionaire".
Early favorites:
Starting Over Devil Always Made Me Think Twice You Should Probably Leave Watch You Burn Whiskey Sunrise Joy Of My Life

Stellar record. There were a couple songs that I found a bit tedious to get through, and one that might have to grow on me, but overall I very much enjoyed it. The production was immaculate and there are a couple JAMS on there. I was surprised by "Watch You Burn" getting into those tougher topics and "Nashville, TN" sounding like he's moving out of the city, and I liked both of those songs well enough. All-in-all, this is one of the better country albums of 2020.
Favorites: Starting Over, Devil Always Made Me Think Twice, Cold, When I'm With You, Arkansas, Joy of My Life, Whiskey Sunrise

Great stuff as always.
When I’m With You, Maggie’s Song, Cold, Worry B Gone, and the title track are my early favorites. Hope Maggie’s gets a shot at radio

I'm not as big of a fan of the middle of the album but the beginning and the end are fantastic!
Early favorites outside of the songs that were released prior to the album: "Devil Always Made Me Think Twice", "Maggie's Song", "Watch You Burn", "Nashville, TN"

I've only heard it once through, but I'm liking it so far. I do agree with the sentiment that some of the songs do begin to sound the same, especially around the middle of the album.
My early favourites are: "Starting Over", "Devil Always Made Me Think Twice", "Maggie's Song", "You Should Probably Leave" and "Nashville TN"
YSPL or NT seem like the best choices for the next single to me.

I'm just starting to dig my heels into this album but still need to let it sink in with a few a more listens. That said, I think it goes without saying that this already sounds like an early contender for Album of the Year at both the ACMs and CMAs for next year. This also sounds like the most cohesive and complete album Chris has released since Traveller if only because his previous two releases felt a bit more like EPs and would've benefited from just being combined into one release. I'd also expect this puts Chris right back into contention for any Male Vocalist awards next year along with Single and Song nominations.
Anyways, I couldn't even possibly rank this album yet but here are a few of my early favorites:
1. Starting Over 2. Watch You Burn 3. Cold 4. Nashville, TN 5. You Should Probably Leave 6. Devil Always Made Me Think Twice 7. Whiskey Sunrise 8. Arkansas 9. Maggie's Song 10. Joy of My Life

83 on Metacritic (universal acclaim) so far. All of his albums/EPs have scored over 80.

Not sure what the other two awards were.. don't see him anywhere else on the posted lists of winners.
He also performed with Jennifer Hudson but CMA hasn't posted that one yet.
