1. What is going to be #1? I May Hate Myself In The Morning
2. What is going to be #50? One of the two songs from Pam Tillis pop album. I think Love Is Sneakin' Up On You would be lower of the two.
3. Which songs will be in the top 5? Small Town Hypocrite, Blank Sheet Of Paper, Last Call, Any Man Of Mine
4. Which songs will be in the bottom 5? Killer Comfort, Anywhere With You, Hard to Love, If I Know Me
5. Which songs will be the most polarizing? Third Rock From The Sun, Safe & Sound
6. Which songs will be the least polarizing? The Man I Want To Be, Love Is Sneakin' Up On You, Killer Comfort

1. What is going to be #1? This list is hard to predict but a few songs I think could be contenders for #1 are: "Last Call", "True", "Send It On Down", "If This Is The End", and "Small Town Hypocrite"2. What is going to be #50? Pam Tillis will likely hold the bottom 2 slots. Think "Killer Comfort" might come ahead of "Love Is Sneakin' Up On You" but I could see it going either way3. Which songs will be in the top 5? the 5 I think are contenders for #1 will likely be in the Top 5 or near it. I think "If You See Him/If You See Her", "Black Like Me", "She Didn't Have Time", and "I May Hate Myself In The Morning" could all make it as well. Like I said, this is a hard group to predict4. Which songs will be in the bottom 5? The two Pam Tillis '80s songs. Like the top the bottom is also a little hard to predict but I'll go with: "Welcome To The Club", "Gone As A Girl Can Get", "Hard To Love", and "What Made You Say That" will make up the bottom 5 with whichever isn't bottom 5 being out close to it5. Which songs will be the most polarizing? unfairly I think "Third Rock From The Sun" will be polarizing, though it should be an easy Top 5 here, I'll be shocked if it is Top 15. I'll agree with Darkest Hour that "Safe & Sound" will likely be polarizing as well6. Which songs will be the least polarizing? both of Pam's '80s Pop songs stick out big time opposite the rest of the songs in this list so I think most will have them in their bottom 10, would honestly be shocked if anyone didn't.7. Any other thoughts/predictions? This list might be one of the more unpredictable ones to predict and I'm just hoping my Top 10 doesn't get devastated too much early on

2. What is going to be #50? âLove Is Sneaking Up On Youâ or âKiller Comfortâ
3. Which songs will be in the top 5? âDime Store Cowgirlâ, âThe Fear of Being Aloneâ, âThese Daysâ, âSmall Town Hypocriteâ, and âShe Didnât Have Timeâ
4. Which songs will be in the bottom 5? âLove Is Sneaking Up On Youâ, âKiller Comfortâ, âWelcome to the Clubâ, âUsed to the Painâ, and âGone As a Girl Can Getâ
5. Which songs will be the most polarizing? âSafe & Soundâ
6. Which songs will be the least polarizing? Letâs go with something random like âLivinâ On Loveâ

Yeah that was unsurprising. I liked LISUOY much better but "Killer Comfort" was a mess.

Oh good, the one I liked more was slightly higher, lol.
Both were mediocre tho so this is an acceptable bottom 2.

Kicking things off, we lose both of Pam Tillis' songs in our bottom 2! Above and Beyond the Doll of Cutey is a pop album that she recorded in the early '80s back when she was still trying to figure out her musical identity. The rankdown was sparsely participated in, and probably didn't belong in the country category, but tbh I felt like it should be included anyway because of Pam's name (kinda like we included the winners of Trisha's Let's Be Frank and Martina's Everlasting). But it is absolutely no surprise to me to see these two songs get almost universally tanked! "Killer Comfort" is our least polarizing song by a SIGNIFICANT degree (seriously, the standard deviation is only 1.94. Out of 50 positions, the average distance between people's ranks was less than two positions đ That's unheard of!!) "Love Is Sneakin' Up On You" was second least polarizing, with an sd of 5.3.

"Where Are You Now" is one that I like a lot (it was my #1 for the Real Live Woman album rankdown), but it is still far from a career highlight from Trisha. It's fine, but this bottom 3 rank is not anywhere close to being surprising to me.

I think the relative obscurity of "All The Trouble" caught up with it here. This song has a really memorable melody, but the majority of Lee Ann's newer material leans more towards the obscure thanks to her continuing to pivot further away from the mainstream.

Rounding out the bottom 5 for BotB, we lose the winner of Tim McGraw's self-titled album! As I said in RotB, his debut album really doesn't stack up very well against anything, as it is just SO dated and amateurish, lol. I have a feeling "Welcome To The Club" would be a fun jam to hear rerecorded and given an updated arrangement!!!

Bottom 5 Recap: 50. Killer Comfort - Pam Tillis (816) 49. Love Is Sneakin' Up On You - Pam Tillis (780) 48. Where Are You Now - Trisha Yearwood (642) 47. Welcome To The Club - Tim McGraw (598) 46. All The Trouble - Lee Ann Womack (598)
Wait, I didn't realize that "Welcome To The Club" and "All The Trouble" were tied... So it looks like Lee Ann should be higher than Tim based on LBTrocks ' #8 rank!

Ooh glad to know I wasn't close to being the only one thinking "Where Are You Now" didn't really live up to most of the songs on this list! It was more boring than being bad though.

Alright, for those who are confused, I had put Lee Ann at #47 and Tim at 46. So I just deleted Lee Ann's reveal and posted it again so it would be after Tim (That's why Tay and I are randomly talking about Lee Ann above seemingly out of nowhere)

I knew "Welcome To The Club" wouldn't fare well against this stiff a lot, but I've always really liked it. The production on that album was so cheap sounding, but the melody and lyrics of that one work so well that I don't notice as much. It's too bad he never re-recorded it, it would have worked well on one of the 45 different Greatest Hits albums of Tim's that Curb put out.

Our power finally came back on overnight which Iâm tankful for because it was so cold inside my house that I could see my own breath! Anyways, I assume the power is going to be intermittent throughout the rest of the day so Iâm making my first priority catching up on everything I missed these last few days on Pulse (well other than taking a shower of course!) Much like RotB, Pamâs âKiller Comfortâ and âLove Is Sneakinâ Up on Youâ were the obvious choices for last place here given its parent album is both pop and from the 80s. And given the strength of the songs in this rankdown overall, itâs also doesnât come as much of a surprise to see Trishaâs âWhere Are You Nowâ and Timâs âWelcome to the Clubâ in the bottom 5. I think the relative obscurity of "All The Trouble" caught up with it here. This song has a really memorable melody, but the majority of Lee Ann's newer material leans more towards the obscure thanks to her continuing to pivot further away from the mainstream. Not going to lie you had me quite confused here as I was going back and forth wondering if I had missed the reveal for Lee Ann! Only then did I realize âAll the Troubleâ was tied in points with Tim. Given that Lee Ann had a top 10 ranking and Tim had a last place ranking, I think switching them even by one position made sense here (Iâm not about to touch the subject matter from the 2020 rankdown!). I was certainly hoping to see Lee Ann come out ahead some and wouldâve thought that there were enough fans of hers to keep her clear of the bottom 5. But again, this rankdown is chock-full of great songs so there was really no way in really predicting how this would go.

Let's go ahead and honor some winners that didn't get included in the rankdown because they're already been utilized!
Bonus: "Suds In The Bucket" - Sara Evans Finished at #1 in the: Sara Evans: Restless album rankdown (Host: .indulgecountry) Sara Evans' famous #1 hit, "Suds In The Bucket", became a multi-rankdown winner these past few months, as it pulled off an expected victory for her fourth album, Restless. It has previously finished at #1 in g8erboi's '00s Favorites personal rankdown, as well as finishing at #2 in the 2004 year-end country rankdown behind Brad Paisley/Alison Kraus' "Whiskey Lullaby".
