Like back in his My World days, Bieber’s recent music is now back in the crapper, which makes me ask this, even for those who don’t like him: which of his days do you prefer (not that you have to like either one of them)? His My World era 10 years ago, or now with Changes?

2010s Bieber was harmless and honestly, as much as he was “everywhere,” his music wasn’t really everywhere. At least I didn’t hear it a lot. It was one of those things where I’d hear about him more than I actually heard him.
Nowadays, his music is still harmless but I haven’t really enjoyed anything from him since maybe one of the collabs he did with a producer a few years ago. I’m likely not his target anyway but his music does seem more present now so I find it’s not as easy to avoid. Plus, (and this is probably just me projecting) he seems to have a bit of a superiority complex now, which would be fine if his material was deserving of it.

I prefer Bieber 5 years ago. 2015-2017 Bieber was amazing.
That is followed by Bieber 8 years ago. 2012 Believe era had some good bops.
Prepubescent Bieber is a no. And the current Hailey Bieber years are another no for me. Oh and I couldn’t stand him during his a$$hole years.

I never liked Justin Bieber. I remember as a young child every song that came out by Justin Bieber would be constantly played omkn the radio and the tv. Baby was so damn annoying and so was his other songs. Pop radio loved his music. I dont hear his music much on the radio like I did earlier in his career. To be honest I dont like his music at all! But to each his own
Although, Boyfriend takes me back to the Summer of 2012 when that song was inescapable and I loooove Beauty and A Best simply because Nicki is on there

Easily 2020. In 2010 I found him obnoxious. Since 2015 I've come around and have liked a few of his songs and don't mind him as much.

I couldn't stand him when he first came out. I ended up liking a few of the songs from 2012-2015 but I haven't listened to them in years. His public persona has gotten worse and I'm back to the point where I just ignore him.
So, neither, but if forced to pick, 2010. Baby is the lesser of two evils compared to whatever the fuck his new music is.

The best thing Bieber's done his entire career was inadvertently introduce the world to Carly Rae Jepsen

As one of the few Biebs stans...
Musically: Believe era is his best
Personality: If you minus the christianity, now mixed with pre ego Biebs

I liked in between Justin Bieber when he did stuff like "Boyfriend", "As Long As You Love Me", "Sorry."
I haven't liked his recent material. It felt really watered down and didn't grip me.

The best thing Bieber's done his entire career was inadvertently introduce the world to Carly Rae Jepsen Don't forget how he helped to boost Ariana Grande and Post Malone's careers by having them as opening acts on his tours. 😉

I only liked Purpose and a few collabs from that era ("Cold Water", "Let Me Love You", "Where Are U Now").

Yeah, neither. Purpose era Bieber is where it's at. Yup! I'll add As Long As You Love Me too. It's extremely dated now, but I distinctly remember being taken aback by how much I liked it on first listen. I've never enjoyed his voice. He can sing, I just don't like the sound of his singing voice. The material I've liked from him has been in spite of the fact that he was singing them.
