Bookmark Tab Disappeared

This morning I decided to play with some of the new themes and immediately noticed that upon doing so the bookmark tab wasn't there. I switched back to the default theme and it still isn't present (this goes for no matter what device I'm on or web browser I'm using). This happened previously a couple of years ago and much like that time appears to be isolated to only select users.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? For the time being I'd recommend NOT switching your theme until the bugs are worked out.

I should add that if I go back to a thread that I previously bookmarked it is still listed as such, whereas the previous time this happened every thread I had bookmarked was completely wiped out. That said, I still have no option to view any of my bookmarks as the tab isn't present.

Welp, after some trial and error I decided to try bookmarking a new thread and low and behold the tab magically reappeared (with all of my bookmarks in tow!). So, if by chance anyone else out there experienced the same issue when switching between themes this is a way to get the tab to show back up.
