This is a good choice, I thought it was the next best song on the album. The Florida Georgia Line song probably would have been next if Chase Rice didn’t just release his duet with the group. Anyways, I think this could be another #1 for Russell.

Decent choice, I like this song. I was expecting It's About Time, but I like the production of this song a little more. Good that they chose an uptempo one either way, good mood change from Love You Like I Used To. I would push Forever For A Little While after this, if they go back to slow one.

Good choice.
Weird to think this would be his 5th #1 in a row. No other solo male has done that with his first debuts other than Luke Combs and....these two artists are in completely different echelons. Maybe all it does is go to show how the revolving door of #1 songs doesn't necessarily result in/isn't motivated by artist popularity.

I really didn’t think he’d have 4 #1’s in a row but with this choice for the next single 5 in a row could very well happen.

I will say I do feel like Russell Dickerson is getting closer to being A list than other faceless male artists. With how much longevity his last single has I do feel like his next album era could put him even more on the map. I will also say the revolving door #1 I have always seen as part Participation Trophy, and partly due to the fact there are so many artists on labels I mean the 2020 tracking year for the radio airplay chart had 183 singles charting. With so many artists chart runs get extended, more and more. I also think Russell Dickerson success is due to him making some really safe radio fodder music.

I really like this song and it seems like a good choice for radio, but I REALLY love “Forever For A Little While” on his album and that song screams ‘hit’ to me so hopefully this does well so that can be released next.

This shows off his voice a lot better than the other singles. While I really liked “Blue Tacoma” I haven’t ever cared for his voice, until now. He sounds great here, almost like Charles Kelley (maybe my all time favorite male vocalist) in spots.

That would be the logical third single choice to me but I have a feeling they’ll go with the FGL collab “It’s About Time” as the third single.

So yeah, I already kinda love this one... This is a fantastic choice for Russell! It's going to be so nice to see a single from a newer male artist that I am actually excited to potentially hit #1!

This song is another winner for him. Don't love it as much as the lead single, but it's definitely a catchy song and I agree with others upthread that his vocals do shine on this one.

Most added song with 36 adds this week and a total 40 stations on add week. About what I expected for Russell Dickerson in all honesty. Definitely think this will go the distance and hit #1.

This is a solid tune but it will take me a little while to hear the opening of this and not think of “She’s With Me” by High Valley. The two start similarly to me.

Another solid one from him. I've been really enjoying this one. "Love You Like I Used To" was nice, but it wasn't something that stuck with me, but this one I keep returning to.

jab820 made an comment earlier in this thread about this would be his 5th straight #1 from a debut single to reach #1. Then recently I just remember “Yours” was actually not Russell’s debut single. He released 2 singles to radio that never charted. One was in 2011 called “That’s My Girl” and then the next year in 2012 he lreleased his second single called “Green Light”. So technically this would be his fifth straight #1 but do we count non charting singles?

Those first two singles you speak of weren't even released through an actual record label, and thus I don't believe either actually went to radio. "Yours" is his debut.

I really like this one, but I want it to peak already because I’ve discovered “Forever For A Little While”, and that one needs to be next. Such an anthem.

Remix with Lady A (group) coming this Friday. What a bad timing.

The original was already a banger, but the new version with Lady A is fantastic, too. They really mesh well with Russell on this, and it also made me kinda take note that "Home Sweet" sounds like something Lady A could've easily recorded for themselves. It's definitely right in their wheelhouse. Great pairing.

The intro on the remix really reminds me of "She's With Me" by High Valley.

Hoping for this to be another #1 so he can realize ‘its about time’ and close off the album strong. Even though he isn’t Luke Combs level, I can see Russell really craving out a lane for himself as an A lister in the future. I just hope to see more growth in his future releases.

I’m starting to think this one may be done unfortunately because it seems to be really struggling. Hopefully his next single really stands out in the way that “Yours” and “Blue Tacoma” do.
