Huh? I mean the second definition of the word   and incredible are antonyms ... I don’t accept the 2nd definition as it is an example of a word being misused, becoming slang & then it’s use becomes out of control ... very & extremely have fewer syllables and get the point across ... it’s almost like people feel the more syllables the more intensity Misspelled the word credible, used the wrong form of 'its', and suggested two words to use a replacement for 'incredible' in taylor is terrified's original post that are not interchangeable with what he wrote. Probably best to not lecture people on the English language, lol. |

{I HAVE TO STOP SLEEPING EARLY}#25: I liked this, but I feel like every other HAIM song from this era has impressed me more.
#24: I don't want to make a habit of re-doing every old RD, but I feel like I (and we) did "Hope the High Road" dirty in 2017.
#23: Liked this, too, but I think this was actually my lowest remaining, so...
#22: Wait, have we seen the highest SD yet? Because I thought that we eliminated all of the potential options left. Uh oh.
#21: I thought both Black Pumas songs were good, though I do think the right one (and the expected one) is higher.
#20: The funny thing is that this is, easily, their worst charter so far by default. This felt a bit like Future Islands going through the motions...but something about Future Islands just grabs me EVERY time, even at their weaker points.
#19: I feel like this is going to be one of those songs that, once I revisit it, I'm going to surprise myself by how much I get into it compared to before. As it is, I feel like it was just a little bit too long. They could have shortened this by 30 seconds or so, and it would have been all the better for it.
#18: Man, this one grew on me. I liked it at first, really liked it after another listen or two, and now I love it. I might even like it more than "Cold Little Heart".
#17: HEYYYYYYY, I was hoping things would be reversed this time! Cool.
#16: I thought this was about on the same level as "Colors" until I re-listened to both and realized that this just grabbed me more.
#15: That riff is so good.
#14: I wish I liked this as much as "When Am I Gonna Lose You". I still liked it quite a bit, but, in comparison, it just doesn't hold a candle to it.
#13: Still a good cover, but I'm cool with it not making the top ten again.
#12: Well, this makes things significantly more interesting going forward.
YES, "CAN'T FIGHT" MADE IT! Thank god.
#11: My favorite song on folklore, no question...though I kind of wonder what this song would be like if they didn't get Justin Vernon to cosplay as Matt Berninger and just got Berninger instead.
