It's mostly an acoustic album so I thought it'd be a palate cleanser and a chance to hear Prince in a much more stripped, "singer-songwriter" element. |

The record was ultimately sent as a surprise to fans who pre-ordered the Crystal Ball set direct from NPG before being included as a hidden fourth disc in the retail release of March 1998.
