Nobody scored perfect ranking here. Very close game with Got Me Where I Want You (4 points). I personally really enjoy the melody and lyrics of this song, for both verse and chorus. I cannot say this is unique, but just a catchy, pleasant song to listen to.
Tim becomes the first one to lose #1 in this RD. (Many will follow soon tho!) Not my personal favorite, but the chorus melody is strong enough that I wouldn't have been surprised if it had been a single. Only 1 point ahead of Blue Roses!
Why don't I go one more, to leave top 5 for tomorrow? Is the only album track left "I Am Too" going to beat some singles...?

Very happy to see my bottom 3 as the bottom 3 here, albeit in different order. Those 3 songs are all solid, but they're like a half-step below the rest of their catalog for me.
"Blue Roses" has often been talked about like it was one of their best songs so I am pretty surprised to see it out this early tbh! That said, I land on the side that finds it merely okay. The harmonies on it are indeed wonderful, but the song itself is just not the most interesting and has less replay value for me than "I Am Too," "Wild West," and "We Were Rich," which are superior and more melodically catchy ballads.
ETA: Yay @ "I Am Too" being the top non-single as I predicted (and hoped for)!!
4 points ahead of Trouble With This Town. Glad this became at least the best of all album tracks. I was always wishing this to be a radio single, while it is unlikely at this point. Surprisingly scored largest Std Dev. I lost #1 with Kanenrá:ke (good choice my friend!) while also 2 #12s by ClevelandRox and HeyHeyHey
Thanks for sticking around, I will call it a night. Likely to start around the same time tomorrow night for the reveal of top 5! Actually, there was a tie for #4 position, so the one with lower Std Dev is going to be #5 aka the lowest of all the radio singles.
First single to lose is their biggest hit! This one tied with #4, but scored higher (and the second highest of all) Std Dev. Personally, the least favorite single by them. Catchy song, but somehow, melody sounds very flat. 3 participants ranked this as #1, which is also the same case for #4.
Tying with Buy My Own Drinks in score was We Were Rich. Also got 3 #1s. I was not keen on this song at first, but grew on me in the end. Shame that this song is likely to be done in the Country Airplay Chart, and I assume they will move on to a new album after this.
Only Head Over Heels is left for a song from the album! Are we going to lose all songs from the album...?
Ooo, pleased to see "Buy My Own Drinks" being the first single to leave!!! It is very obviously an attempt to go a more commercial direction to get a hit, and lacks all the magic that makes their other music so great. I do still enjoy it, but it just doesn't compare to any of the other singles imo.
I always have a more favorable impression of "We Were Rich" at the start of the song than I do at the end. For some reason it always loses my interest once the chorus hits. It'll still do very well on my 2021 year-end list, because I like it a lot! Just not quite as much as I usually like their stuff :)
Only Head Over Heels is left for a song from the album!
Are we going to lose all songs from the album...?
This is a tough question! My initial prediction was that "Wild West" and "Lipstick" would be the top 2, but tbh the more I think about it the more I could see "Head Over Heels" hanging out and "Lipstick" getting the boot...
It'll be interesting to see, for sure! I'll be happy with any outcome with these three songs though, tbh My top 3 is the top 3! Hoping for "Wild West" to win...
Edit: Oh wait, I guess "Blue Roses" was my #3. So I have 1, 2, and 4 left!
I know that “We Were Rich” has its fans, but it has never screamed hit to me like it does to others. That said, I hope it does well for them as their music is so incredibly refreshing to hear on country radio.
#3 is their first radio single, which was not included in the album. First song without any bottom 3 rankers. Personally, not keen on this song much, which explains why this song was not in the RD at first.
I had a gut feeling that both “Lipstick” and “Wild West” would land somewhere in the top 3, so I’m not entirely surprised (or disappointed for that matter). I certainly admit that I was rather late in coming around to this group, but they’ve really won me over and I quite appreciate their output more now than I did even a year ago.

I enjoy "Buy My Own Drinks" a lot, so I'm sad to see it out already. The only song I think has overstayed is "Lipstick" as I've never really been a fan of it. I did enjoy it more than I ever have previously though
