It's all up to Morgan Wallen. If he can demonstrate that he has changed and does not have another incident, this could be all be put behind him in less than a year. See Kyle Larson/NASCAR situation: Kyle was in the prime of his racing career when he used a racial slur in an iRacing event in April 2020. In less than a day, he lost all of his sponsors and was fired from his team. Fast forward to December 2020, and he was hired by Hendrick Motorsports, one of NASCAR's premier teams. Country's demographic is very similar to NASCAR. So it is possible for Morgan to have a career going forward. He just needs to prove that he can change.

Speaking of Wallen's controversy, I don't remember Chris Brown being cancelled like this after the Rihanna incident by his own community. He had a lot of bad press that year when it comes to mainstream media but the Urban Community was very silent about it, while we have many country artists dragging Morgan Wallen for his behaviour.

Wallen also has been banned from the country music awards: CMAs, ACMs and CMTs while the BET awards welcomed back Chris with a performance and awards a year later and he was already getting urban and pop radio hits in 2010 with Deuces and Yeah x3.
BET was even playing his videos the same year he beat Rihanna in 2009 (remember the I Can Transform Ya video)


I wonder if Morgan Wallen will have a second chance with country radio/music awards in the future.

The people who are streaming his music right now specifically because he outed himself as a racist and is facing consequences for it are 100% certified garbage tho.  They see him do that and are like "Oh my god! He's just like me !"

Um, I don't think there's such a thing as an Urban Community. Maybe it's better to just say "R&B community" here because saying "Urban Community" feels a bit racist even if that's not your intention.

For the record, I also think, unless you're talking about Urban radio formats, any usage of "urban" to refer to hip-hop and R&B music is a bit racist.
