hitsdailydouble.com/news&id=324922&title=NEW-RELEASES%253A-DURK%2527S-DELUXE%252C-MORE-MORGANSaturday, January 30, 2021 NEW RELEASES: DURK'S DELUXE, MORE MORGANLil Durk's The Voice (Deluxe) (Alamo/Geffen/Interscope) is on track for 65-75k in total activity on next Friday's HITS Top 50. That should be good for the #2 slot. Morgan Wallen's Dangerous: The Double Album (Big Loud/Republic) looks set for a fourth week at #1 with early expectations putting its total around 100k. The last time a country album spent its first four weeks at #1 was in November/December 1998 when Garth Brooks' Double Live held on to the top for five weeks.

Wow. ANOTHER week at #1 for Morgan Wallen?! That's insane, considering his album debuted with less than 300K SPS units. Talk about stability.

Was hoping that Lil Durk could pull a Boogie With a Hoodie and sneak a week at number one but good for Morgan Wallen! "7 Summers" has really grown on me so it's nice seeing him succeed!

In its fourth week at #1, Morgan Wallen's Dangerous: The Double Album (Big Loud/Republic) is projecting 140m on-demand audio streams, nearly flat compared to last week. That's nonetheless more than any album of the past year has attained in its fourth week, including collections from Pop Smoke (135m), Lil Uzi Vert (120m), Juice WRLD (119m), Lil Baby (73m) and Ariana Grande (69m). The last album to do more than 140m its fourth week out was Post Malone’s Hollywood’s Bleeding (Republic) in October 2019 with 144m.
Dangerous: TDA also becomes the first country album to hold the top spot in its first four weeks since Garth Brooks' Double Live logged five weeks in 1998.
In other news, Lil Durk's The Voice (Alamo/Geffen/Interscope) moves up to #2 with the release of its deluxe incarnation.
In political news, does anyone know where to get replacement batteries for a Jewish space laser?

Interested to see how much the projection drops... and then the plummet next week

I still think Morgan has the #1, with around 100k, for this week. I think After Hours will be the #1 album next week.

Depending on which project gets the SPS for the songs, the Greatest Hits might be Abel's highest charting project post Super Bowl (and there's even the possibility of After Hours dropping when the songs' streaming goes to another project).

^I don't think After Hours will drop out completely, since its pure sales and the streaming from the songs that are not part of his Greatest Hits would still toward it. A steep drop, quite possible yes. For his older albums, those I can see dropping out altogether from the Billboard 200.

Most of the MAGA people, who don't follow music closely, probably just heard about him lol and rushed to buy and stream.

People probably assumed his music would be pulled and rushed to buy it while they could.
