Signs are pointing to this being the lead single to their upcoming album The Million Masks of God and there's a countdown to February 18th. www.themillionmasksofgod.com/(at 53:07, they tease it)

This is one of those PULSE hard-on bands right. I remember seeing them in a lot of AAA type rds. A couple of them songs at the half way mark were pretty powerful.

I wish "The Moth" had gone top 10 on Alt a couple years ago. That song was epic

I've always enjoyed Manchester Orchestra songs much more than their titles. I completely missed their 2014 album when it came out (silly me)...but I wasn't as dedicated musically in the middle part of the decade, like 2013-2015.
Awaiting this....

This blew me away. I don't think I have the words to describe this one. This is an early contender for "song of the year" next to Royal Blood's "Typhoons" in my book. There's so much going on in this one. The conclusion is just... wow. One of the best I've heard in a long time.

I've never really cared about this band until now. This is pretty good. Obviously I like the heavier parts because they add layers to his vocals. The melodies the song goes into tie in really well with each other. The apex in the chorus rocks proper. What more do you want?

I'm digging this one. I get some Silversun Pickups vibes here. Good stuff.

Yeah I hear the SSPU vibes clearly on this. Love it.

This is solid, but I'm a little (emphasis on 'little') disappointed with this. But I think this will grow on me upon repeated listens. (I listened to this during my jog so maybe that didn't help) For the record, this was what I felt about "Kyoto" by Phoebe Bridgers as well, and while I don't think this'll grow to a 5/5 song for me like her song, I will probably like it more nonetheless.
This is also under CNM at Alt.

I was waiting for this band to come back around. "Wolves at Night" was one of my favorite rock radio songs of 2007 and it's a shame it didn't pick up enough support to go top 40. I liked "I've Got Friends" and a few of their other actual charting hits, but nothing has really stuck out with me for a while until this one. Really strong single from them..

this is good, not quite as great as The Gold, but still one of the best songs on this format in the past year or so

I've always thought that these guys are super underrated besides scoring a hit with "The Gold" and "I've Got Friends" and deserve better. Hopefully this is another big success for them.

Early song of the year contender right here. Going to have to agree on this one. This might end up at #1 of course in typical MO fashion, middle of summer.

Kind of "Nightlight"-ish indeed; but the voices of Andy Hull and Brian Aubert are a smidge different. That one riff reminds me of "Midnight City", and the intro was a bit too reminiscent of "The Gold"; and unfortunately, the "Oh my god" makes me think of Miley's "Mother's Daughter"!

Officially debuted on Billboard Alt at #38, so what better time than now to send it? Impacts Alternative on April 20, 2021.

Top 30 on Alternative: 37 29 MANCHESTER ORCHESTRA Bed Head 376 324 52 0.417 Doing pretty well. If this gets good adds action in a couple of days I could see this barreling to the Alternative top 10, which would be an excellent achievement for them.

i stopped paying attention to the charts a few months ago once it became clear that they were moving in a direction that didnt interest me (i may have also been a bit salty about kyoto bombing), so i kinda figured this had bombed. pleasantly surprised to see it making the top 30 without an adds date!!!
