Sometime this afternoon, WJXN--currently leased by Portland, Oregon-based Alpha Media--had ditched classic hip-hop for variety hits. This is the second time WJXN has affiliated with Jack FM. The station first affiliated with Jack FM from July, 2012 to February, 2014--when it was leased by Meridian, Mississippi-based New South Radio. Alpha Media owns six radio stations in Jackson, Mississippi. - WJMI (99 Jams): contemporary hip-hop
