What songs would turn its featured artist into a superstar?

B.o.B - Nothin' On You (feat. Bruno Mars). they were both unknown at the time and i remember it took me awhile to figure out which one was Bruno and which one was B.o.B.

I'd say Lionel Richie on Endless Love...although he was huge with the commodore, im referring to a solo career.

While her stardom didn't last for long, Ashanti had several successful songs during the early 2000s, and she blew up thanks to collaborations with Ja Rule (providing all background vocals on Jennifer Lopez's "I'm Real", and then "Always On Time" in October 2001).

B.o.B - Nothin' On You (feat. Bruno Mars). they were both unknown at the time and i remember it took me awhile to figure out which one was Bruno and which one was B.o.B. Then there was Travie McCoy's "Billionaire" in which Bruno Mars was again the featured artist. Bruno then followed it with "Just the Way You Are", his first hit on his own. Another that came to mind was "We Found Love" by Rihanna featuring Calvin Harris. Shortly thereafter came "Feel So Close", Calvin's first big hit (at least in the US) as the lead artist.

Charli XCX and Halsey both come to mind, Charli with I Love It and Halsey with Closer.

Possibly "Hold Me" by Teddy Pendergrass featuring Whitney Houston, especially in R&B? It itself probably didn't make Whitney a superstar (it only hit #46 pop, though #5 R&B) but first got her some notice, and reappeared on Whitney's debut album which elevated her to superstar status.
Maybe "Right Round" by Flo Rida featuring Kesha?

Dr Dre and Snoop Dog- Nuthing But A G Thang. This song kind of kick started Snoop Dog's career and made him a superstar.

One thing though, The Weeknd wasn't a feature on Love Me Harder, he was a co-lead with Ari.

YC-Racks (feat. Future) the lead artist never did anything after this song, but Future would turn into one of the biggest rap stars of the 2010s.

Nicki Minaj on either “Monster” or “Bottoms Up” depending on when you think she blew up.

In the UK charts, Craig David, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Jess Glynne, Rita Ora and Sam Smith all appeared on notable dance hits before scoring solo hits.

Charlie Puth) Disagree on Dua, that song she did with Garrix wasn't particularly huge and New Rules feels like her true breakout hit.

lil uzi vert was already fairly successful before 'bad & boujee' but i feel like that one really skyrocketed his popularity in the mainstream

Nicki Minaj on either “Monster” or “Bottoms Up” depending on when you think she blew up. I would say it's Bedrock that blew her up.

I could agree with that, but when the song first came out she wasn’t credited on it. So it gets kind of tricky. But as a pop listener that was the first time I had heard her.

Well she was credited outside the U.S.

Well, depends on how broad one wants to be with the meaning of the word 'superstar,' but Bebe Rexha's first two charting singles were feature appearances (Take Me Home by Cash Cash in 2013 and Hey Mama by David Guetta in 2015). Don't think Kesha got famous from Right Round, especially since she wasn't even originally credited on the song (not sure if she didn't want to be credited though) Kesha was credited for the first two or three weeks Right Round charted, but she said in an Esquire interview that she didn't want to appear in the video because she wanted to establish herself with her own music rather than just be known as Flo Rida's hook girl. After that, her name was removed from the credits entirely (I assume this was also Kesha's decision and not retaliation for turning down the vid, but that has never been clarified).
