I remember these 4 lead singles were generally disliked even hated, considered bad choices, and all underperformed hard, in early 2010s, followed by underperformed albums as well. After a decade, which one is your favorite?
*The Xtina one was hated so much with a trying-too-hard Madonna-inspired music video, extreme Lady Gaga comparison. Barely made top 40 Hot 100 after a huge hype of comeback. Bad image for her. Followed by her first flop album, Bionic. Xtina never recovers except for a few collaborative hits until now.
*The Beyonce one was hated so much with a very weird music style, too noisy, too much happening. Barely made top 40 Hot 100 after a huge IASF era. Followed by "4" album which failed to garner any top 10 hit. Good to see her back later with a surprise self-titled album.
*The Nelly one was hated so much with a cheap demo-like urban sound. Cheap and weird music video. A loooong wait (6+ years) of comeback, after a huuuuge Loose era in 2006. Followed by one of the biggest flop albums ever by a mainstream artist. And Nelly never charted anymore on Hot 100.
*The Mariah one was hated so much with a very weird choice for a (cancelled) lead single, in where Mariah sounded like a featured artist than as a lead artist. With 2 rappers singing more words than her. After a huge anticipation post pregnancy + significant weight loss, the single didnt even chart and didnt make the album, Me I Am Mariah (The Elusive Chanteuse) 2 years later.

"Not Myself Tonight" followed by "Run the World"
The former I loved from the jump, the later I hated, then loved it ironically because my friends and I would make fun of it, and then it some point, we just started loving it. I don't listen to either much anymore, but they're still bops.
I don't know the other two.

"Not Myself Tonight" is an easy winner, though "Run The World (Girls)" bops and "Triumphant (Get 'Em)" is probably my most played song from Mariah, after AIWFCIY.

From the beginning, i loved NMT and still love it until know. I just wish it was longer. Needed 1 or more final chorus instead just a wasted drum beat. Too short!!! The video was/is a trying-too-hard though. Too nasty.
Triumphant (original) is also imo a good song. Had she added her own verses (just like the ones on official remixes) , and with a stronger music video (why was the director Nick Cannon again??), could've charted better.

I love "Triumphant" sans rap. If you include the rap, I'd put it below the rest, so I voted for "Run the World (Girls)." I've never been crazy about NMT, but I don't completely hate it.

Followed by "4" album which failed to garner any top 10 hit. Good to see her back later with a surprise self-titled album. I feel like this song has held up really well in a sense. People still reference it and I feel as though Iβve seen it in movies/tv shows/possibly commercials. If you had me name as many of her songs as I could this would be one of the first ones I would say.

"Not Myself Tonight"! I instantly LOVED it and still do. It's one of my top favorite Xtina songs. I would follow that with "Run The World" which took me a bit to get into. Both of them would still get me going if I heard them out.

Very surprised with the loves for Not Myself Tonight, today. It was a huge mess back then in 2010. How people laughed at her failing to even hit top 20 Hot 100 with an anticipated comeback single.

"Big Hoops," easily- I at least found it fun. I don't care for the other three at all. Can't say I've heard any of them in years and think they're pretty forgettable.
