Don Omar's "Danza Kuduro" (2010-11) and Michel Teló's "Ai Se Eu Te Pego" (2011-12) were massive in Latin American and European countries despite not making much noise in the US. I could see both easily topping the Global 200/Ex. US and sticking around for quite some time as well.
Shakira's "Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)" and Crazy Frog's "Axel F" could have also hit #1, based on how they performed worldwide.

Waka Waka for sure, it was a huge worldwide hit almost everywhere but the US, just goes to show that soccer isn't as big here as it is in the rest of the world.

Dance Monkey for sure... and a lot of weeks. Lean On, i was traveling around Europe when that song was smashing and was everywhere, then i return to latinoamerica and I tought was just an Euro smash but it was everywhere here, really inescapable for months. Bailando by Enrique Iglesias. Wake Me Up Gangman Style Ai Se Eu Te Pego, comparable with Gangman Style on this side of the world. Waka Waka, 100% for sure

Shakira would probably have several including Waka Waka.
Whenever, Wherever Underneath Your Clothes Hips Don't Lie La Tortura She Wolf Loca Rabiosa Chantaje
All would have been strong contenders. Plus many other sure fire top tens.

I think Selena probably could've gotten a couple, including "We Don't Talk Anymore", maybe "Taki Taki" and "Lose You To Love Me" (maybe not on the Excl. US chart, since "Dance Monkey" would've blocked it).
Taylor would definitely gotten a good amount. Namely, "Shake It Off", "Blank Space", possibly "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" and "Look What You Made Me Do". Maybe even "cardigan" and I think it's important to mention that "willow" would've topped the chart had it not been for Christmas songs.
