Wow...very shocked there is no thread for this! It was HUGE back then. You couldn't escape from it. It was all over the radio. It was his debut single from his album "Mail On Sunday". It was also featured on the Step Up 2:The Streets soundtrack.
The song was a massive success worldwide and was the longest-running number-one single of 2008 in the United States, spending ten consecutive weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100. With over seven million digital downloads, it has been certified Diamond by the RIAA, and was the most downloaded single of the 2000s decade, measured by paid digital downloads. The song was named third on the Billboard Hot 100 Songs of the Decade.
Chart peaks:
#1 Hot 100 #9 R&B #1 Rap #1 Mainstream Top 40 #1 Rhythmic

I thought it was Nelly on the hook and actually, I think this song killed his career so I've never liked it or Flo Rida.

This was a bop. I enjoyed it, but not as much as “Elevator”. I was a lil annoyed hearing the version without T-Pain on the radio at the time.

I don't like it that much outside of the chorus, but you can't deny how influential this was in the electro explosion
