Where did you see the bit about Butter winding up at #7? I don't see any projections for its rank, just that Stay will be #1

I saw the prediction list from TOTC posted somewhere in the chart section of ATRL. Supposedly The Army said they are just gunning for Top 10 this week. Lol, damage control if you ask me. I think the funding dried up.

Wouldn't be shocked if he keeps getting hits into his 50s. The industry is much kinder to males. Billy Ray just spent double digit weeks at #1 just a few years ago and he was never the force the Bieber is.
