One thing I know is Lizzo has so much more to offer musically beyond being just a body positivity commodity.
It's kinda saddening the latter part remains the only thing media and GP remember her as, positively or negatively.
"Rumors" is cute for what it is. But I agree she needs to invent something more sophisticated than that, yet equally fun. It's not gonna be easy.

I like her and live she's dope. I saw her in 2019 in Austin. But I'm not feeling at all that song. I hope it's not her new "first" or i should say second single.

Broadly, I’ve been working on this album since the summer of 2018. It has evolved to a place where I’m proud. I think it's another Ricky Reed production. His style can be similar to Mark Ronson's at times.
