Tommy Richman is a singer/songwriter from Virginia. He started his music career on Soundcloud and Spotify in 2016 and later released singles and EPs in both R&B and punk rock genres. After his song Pleasantville went viral, he dropped out of college to focus on music full-time. By 2023, he signed with Brent Faiyaz’s label ISO Supremacy via Pulse Records, opening for his tour and got a feature on his Larger Than Life album. After teasing his single Million Dollar Baby on TikTok, it debuted at #2 on the Hot 100 upon its release. No word yet on whether Richman will be dropping an EP or album this year.

As one of the two sub-top 10 ranks for Amber, I still really liked the song! I'm bummed "Nasty" didn't win because that song is just living RENT FREE in my head, but Amber can sang tho, so she's always a welcome winner. There's just something in the production on "Comin' Around Again" that feels a bit off to me, almost like her vocal is muffled a bit. But the groove slaps and the call-and-response moments with the BGV is euphoria, I must admit.
