It has everything to do with. Just look at the post lyhom reported, which began the whole mess. It's amazing how on here, you can make an exaggerating statement and get many likes, but when you try to reply with factual information, it gets reported. Maybe if you stopped insulting and calling people brain dead for disagreeing with you, people would like you and you would also get likes I never insulted any member or called them brain dead for disagreeing with me. That's totally you. You're the one that responds shut up to people when you disagree with their opinions (does your arguments with ontopofthis and jthentic this week ring a bell). I couldn't care less if people like me on here, and I am not going to change my opinion on things every few weeks like Choco does just to get likes. What I care about is people showing respect towards others on this board, and that obviously hasn't been happening on here recently. |

He's just mad because he knows if One Too Many becomes a crossover smash it's Sail-like run will be a threat to break Blinding Lights longevity record. The best thing about all of this is that the fact that he keeps bringing it up every page only contributes to the song being talked about, and will increase it's longevity. As a P!nk stan I've slept on it, but every time he talks about it I think, ooh I forgot about that one and should go stream it again

After a while since no one has stood up and said "Yes phieaglesfan you are absolutely 100% correct" you seem to feel the need to keep drilling it home and lashing out like my children do when you point fingers at your "Butter" example and pointing fingers at Choco because you feel you are right and can't find anyone to agree with you. Ahhhh summer of 16, I remember actively following the rise of Cheap Thrills to #1 since at the time I liked the song.
That was until it was all over the radio for the next year which ended up souring my likeness for the song, it still hasn't grown back on me since lol.
I also fondly remember watching that tracking week for Britney's new lead at the time. #FreeBritney

I hate to break it to you, but that is never going to happen. The user was overexaggerating, so I was simply giving facts about the movement of the charts. Anyone with a brain should know the charts are stagnant right now, and no song will fall off the chart within a month. The only song that is really dropping on these charts is drivers license, and even that took a while to get here. I also remember the time you said anyone who agreed with me on something was flat out wrong. I totally insult people for disagreeing with me but like, I own it. You do the same so don't be a hypocrite. |

I was still at ATRL at the time, but I remember Cheap Thrills getting to #1 (earlier than expected) due to the iTunes discount that week. fridayteenage had a mini-meltdown over this, and nicknamed the song "Cheap Sales".
I still think Cheap Thrills gets a week or two at #1 even without the sales discount.

Something I forgot to mention before is that outside of last holiday season, this will likely be the first top 10 with no Weeknd songs in it since February 22, 2020. I really wished one of the songs he featured on sticked around or BL held through the top 10 during the holiday season so he could’ve had one of the spots on the most consecutive weeks in the top 10. Possibly even beating the record if adding on SYT, and if that sticked around just a bit until the lead single from The Dawn dropped. 2020s Abel is just on another level at this point. |

Unless Christmas songs become ineligible to chart this year, I just can’t see Levitating surviving the holiday season. It’s beginning to lose on radio, although it’s possible that some of it may be due to the DaBaby controversy. It’s also not good that it’s already recurrent on pop (BL didn’t go recurrent on that format until late February/early March). My guess is that Levitating will go recurrent some time in November, but will have a recurrent run like Sunflower, and chart occasionally on the streaming songs nearly 3 years after release. |
