We're finally getting blessed with the new album (and a live performance on Jimmy Kimmel tonight)!

I need the album like now. If she only did a visual album, I’d be all over it.

It’s the least impactful record of hers on first listen yet I still love it. I always appreciate her choices with production and melodies.

Her albums are all major growers for me. So I will reserve judgements until I let this sink in and I’m sure I’ll end up enjoying it more : )

I love this album on first listen a lot more than I did III actually. Meteorite, f**k Love, Deadend, Holding Back, The Devil, Skinnydipped, Burn, Anything 4 U, so many good songs

I listened to the album in full again yesterday and I loved it, and I haven’t listened to a full banks album in a while. That being said, at the end of it, my Spotify roku kept playing songs and I found so many more I love by her. :) I also found a new love for VÉRITÉ. :)

Still need to get this, as I have all of her CDs. I see the only physical is vinyl, but...bombed-out/distorted beats (which is kinda Banks' thing) does not translate well to vinyl at all and I am not one of those people that, for some reason, think ALL music needs to be on vinyl. While I do enjoy collecting physical product, I hate wasting money even more. Once I am done with the 6 other new releases I just got, Banks is next.

Finally got around to finishing this and this is Banks's best album, hands down. It's definitely the most palatable overall, but she still retains what makes her cool. She toned down the glitch enough without sounding completely sanitized. She also sounds like she has been taking vocal lessons (Anything 4 U comes to mind, instantly). Not that she couldn't sing at all, but I don't think her vocals have ever been the part people remember most about her music. Anyway, this album is giving me Nelly Furtado at her best (Whoa Nelly x Loose).
Ranking of what should be a shoe-in for a Best Pop Vocal Album nom at the Grammys or even Best Alternative (because it seems that she is a bit too-left field for the traditional pop category?):
Unleavable (my new favorite Banks song. Also, I just realized how strong the second half of this album is. Even with Burn, I think it's better than the first half overall and the first half is really good.) Meteorite Spirit (wasn't prepared for gospel Banks, but I am so glad she gave it to me) I Still Love You (beautiful and absolutely heartbreaking) Birds By The Sea Anything 4 U The Devil (a bop. I love the panting and screaming. classic Banks) Deadend Holding Back (the only thing...holding this one back is its length. It goes on far longer than it needs to, for what it is.) Skinnydipped Fuck Love (probably the closest Banks gets to basic on this album, but it's not bad) Burn Misunderstood

did this not chart anywhere? Unfortunately, it didn’t, which is kind of wild since it’s not like Harvest gave her a big promo push with the last two albums nor did they court radio.
